Why are you delaying? - Poll Mondays
You're problably delaying something, or a lot of things. But there is problably one specific thing that came to mind when you read this. A specific project, a specific video to record, a specific post, a specific call... we all have different reasons to postpone stuff we want to do.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Great question, It made me stop and think. For me, it's not fear of taking action, it's sometimes delaying the hard conversations. It's the follow-up call or the difficult negotiation, the conversation that moves a complex deal forward. I've learned that those are usually the conversations that create the biggest breakthroughs. One thing I've been reminding myself lately is that, real clarity comes from conversations, not contemplation. The longer I wait, the more stories my mind creates. The moment I pick up the phone, most of those stories disappear. So, my commitment this week is simple: make the call, ask the question, and keep moving forward. You and I both know, action beats overthinking every single time. ๐Ÿซฑ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿซฒ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Roast another AI rant
AI is a tool, and as a tool it is only as useful as the person using it. A hammer can be used for an infinity of useful stuff. But you do need skills to make that stuff. It can also be used by people who like to lightly smash their own heads and think it's funny how numb it feels afterwards. So just like any other tool it can create amazing things but also be used for really stupid stuff. And technology in general enable us to craft stuff with less skills as it evolves. People at ancient times could make fire with sticks and build a house out of nowhere with mud. Most of us can't do any of that because the tools we use allow us not to bother spending time to develop those skills. And nowadays what are the things AI can't do for us? The danger of it is realying too much on it to the point of not developing any ability anymore. Bad at writing, bad at being on camera, bad at coding, bad at marketing and anything else that you can do at a computer? AI got you covered. Except that if you count on the output of AI you will always get generic, bland and subpar results. We gotta make choices on the stuff that we outsourse, because the moment we do we stop developing those skills and also loose control of result. I choose to not bother with design, so I outsourse it to AI. I'm also outsourcing coding as codex does that or me. I did spend years of my life studying to be a coder but my career shifted to another direction. I still got skills on software engeneering, cybersecurity and devops, so that's what I focus on. I don't outsourse text production, camera presence, marketing strategy and software engeneering. Because that's where I want to really care for the quality of my crafts and those are the skills I want to keep improving no mather how convenient it becomes not to.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ”ฅ I think this post is the literary equivalent of someone standing on a soapbox shouting, "DON'T DEPEND ON AI!" while autocorrect is fighting for its life in the background. You spent 700 words explaining why AI shouldn't write for you. and accidentally wrote the strongest advertisement for Grammarly or Whispr Flow that I've seen all week. Also, the hammer analogy got progressively more concerning. Started with: ๐Ÿ”จ "AI is a tool." Then: ๐Ÿ”จ "People build houses with tools." Then: ๐Ÿ”จ "Some people enjoy lightly smashing themselves in the head." Brother, I think we took a hard left turn somewhere. ๐Ÿ˜‚ My favorite part is: "AI will always give you generic, bland and subpar results." Meanwhile half of LinkedIn is producing generic, bland and subpar results completely unaided. AI didn't do that. That's natural talent. But jokes aside, there's actually a solid point buried in here: The people winning with AI aren't replacing their skills, they're amplifying them. A great writer with AI becomes faster. A great marketer with AI becomes more productive. A great coder with AI ships quicker. A bad writer, bad marketer, and bad coder just become faster at producing bad work. AI doesn't remove the need for expertise. It exposes it. Thanks for another roast opportunity, brother. The hammer survived, but the spellchecker didn't. Love you man ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜‚

@David Anderson Alrightโ€ฆ respectfully, my friend? This page has GOOD bones, but right now it reads more like a safe corporate training brochure than a movement people feel emotionally compelled to join ๐Ÿ˜ญ The biggest issue is that it tells me what the challenge includesโ€ฆ but not enough about WHY I should care RIGHT NOW. โ€œMindset, leads, pipeline, buyers, sellers, listings, business planโ€, that's all solid but, also very expected. Every real estate coach says this. Whatโ€™s missing is the emotional tension, the identity shift, and the urgency. I think you briefly touched on a REALLY powerful point that โ€œToo many talented agents leave the business before reaching their potential.โ€ THAT is the hook. THAT is the pain. THAT is the emotional entry point to get them to commit. Lean harder into the reality of what agents are actually experiencing like inconsistent income, burnout, no directionโ€ข posting on social with no leadsโ€ข watching other agents win while they quietly struggleโ€ข feeling like theyโ€™re โ€œworkingโ€ but not building momentum Right now, the page feels very โ€œinformation-firstโ€ instead of โ€œtransformation-first.โ€ Also, the name โ€œ200 Day Real Estate Challengeโ€ is clear, but not yet emotionally charged. Why 200 days specifically? What happens if I COMPLETE the 200 days? What identity do I become? Top producer? Consistent closer? Full-time agent? Give me the promised LANDING POINT. And visually/textually, you could massively improve readability with shorter punchier sentences, social proof/results, more personality, maybe even an assertive challenge tone because it will trigger an emotional response in them. Because with 20+ years experience, you have AUTHORITY, there's no doubt about that but, the page currently understates it. You actually sound too humble ๐Ÿ˜ญ Overall though? The foundation is there. This doesnโ€™t feel scammy or overhyped at all, which is GOOD. It actually feels trustworthy. Now, it just needs more emotional gravity, stronger positioning, and clearer differentiation so people feel like, โ€œDamnโ€ฆ this is exactly what I've been looking for.โ€
