Hello everyone! I'm excited to join this community. Allow me to share a bit about my entrepreneurial journey. My foundation comes from 12 years as a Network and Cyber Engineer, currently working with the world's largest ISP on government contracts. However, I'm transitioning to full-time entrepreneurship, with plans to leave my corporate role in March 2025. My business portfolio spans several industries: I operate a multi-client call center specializing in sales and marketing, manage a subscription-based tech service, run an AI automation and lead generation business, and oversee a wholesale acquisitions company. Looking ahead to 2025, I'm particularly excited about launching a real estate education community platform with some talented partners I've connected with along the way. Additionally, I'm exploring opportunities in commercial property investments. I look forward to learning from and collaborating with all of you!

Statistically, many millionaires achieve their wealth through a singular focus. However, in my experience, a diversified approach has proven to be more aligned with my goals and skillset. To clarify, while I do have multiple ventures, they each play a strategic role in my broader vision, and many operate synergistically rather than independently. For example: 1. Call Center Business: This is my primary revenue generator and where I focus most of my efforts. I'm actively scaling it and plan to expand its operations into the real estate sector. 2. Subscription Service: This business grows organically and operates passively, requiring minimal intervention. It complements my overall ecosystem without detracting from my main focus. 3. AI Automation & Lead Generation: Initially developed to optimize my own businesses, this service has grown due to interest from peers. Like the subscription service, itโ€™s highly automated and requires little day-to-day involvement. Looking ahead, my major goal is to integrate these ventures into a cohesive ecosystem that supports my long-term vision. Specifically, I aim to expand my call center into real estate by combining it with AI automation, community-driven education, and commercial property investments. Hereโ€™s how the pieces fit together: - Real Estate Education Community: Teaching and streaming wholesale real estate strategies to help members succeed. - Subscription Service: Providing ongoing education, tools, and benefits to community members for a recurring fee. - Community-Driven Sales: Leveraging the community to generate more real estate deals and interest. - Wholesale/Dispositions: Assisting community members in selling their deals while earning a cut. - Real Estate Investments: Acquiring the best deals ourselves or partnering with community members on larger opportunities. - Property Management: Offering property management services to community members for their investment properties.
