I Deleted All the Tabs. Two Came Back
You guys, this group has been a firsthand witness to my epic identity crisis. 😂 The good news is, I published my way through it. AI Advantage gave me the tools to publish my first book, and once I figured that out, it got a whole lot easier. So most of the lessons from this slightly unhinged year have actually been preserved. 😂 Anyway, after extensive research, the verdict is in. I tried being an author, entrepreneur, coach, community builder, course creator, podcaster, YouTuber, interviewer, speaker, AI expert, content creator, brand builder, world changer, millionaire-in-training... And I'm sure I'm forgetting a few. 😂 Basically, I opened every damn tab. Eventually I got tired and deleted them all. Then I waited to see which ones opened back up on their own. Two did. Writing. And living in the present. And somewhere in there, I realized they're actually connected. Live → Notice → Write → Live. That's my loop. I don't need to know what the writing will become before I write it. I don't need to turn every idea into a business. I don't need to figure out what I'm becoming next. I can just go live my life, pay attention to it, write when I have something to say... and then go back to living. So after nearly a year of trying to figure out what I want to do with my life: Apparently, I want to live it. And write about it sometimes. 😎

Congratulations on your first book and choosing to Live life. I was working as a caregiver under a lot of stress. I was in a group of 235 people each writing a book. It was a challenge event. I came in 235. Got to learn a lot about my self. Now I have written 3 books. Always Get Back Up. Book writing sure helps to improve attention to the details. Carful proof reading is a must. 😄🙃

Ten way cool. What genres are you writing in?❓
The permission I would never give a personal agent
Before a personal agent sees a founder's inbox, I want a one-page answer to what it may read, draft, and do. Four useful service examples are Grok Bot for sourced account research, Hermes Agent for source-checked reports, OpenClaw for client-isolated lead intake, and Muse for approval-ready decisions. Muse can prepare a weekly queue from connected work. The useful service is mapping each connected app to an owner, an approved action level, and a review path. The permission map has three columns: read, draft for approval, and human-only. A calendar move or message send does not silently graduate from draft to action. The client should know what the setup fee covers and who responds when the workflow stops. Which inbox or calendar action would you keep human-only?

First operational work areas with abundant guardrails. Mapping of what the system is doing needs to be in place from the start. A human checking things as they happen. The idea of giving permission to an agent that has shown it will do things it thinks up on its own seems silly. The agents show they can collude with others with out instructions. I love the creation of Ai. I am fond of the idea of improved thinking even if it is beyond our abilities. We need behavior that shows more than just required responsibility.💪

@Duy Bui I like the agent-to-agent condition!🤖😀
ChatGPT Just Entered a New Era (How This Affects Consumers)
OpenAI just released Dots and 19 other things. Here are what I think matters most and why. Want to save time, get more leverage, and stop figuring this AI stuff out from scratch? I put the clearest map and support inside the AI Advantage Club

Thanks Igor🙏
You don’t have to keep up with everything in AI.
That’s something I’m learning more and more. AI moves incredibly fast. New tools, new features, new videos telling us what we “need” to learn next. But I’ve realized I don’t need to learn everything. I just need to keep learning something. One useful skill. One experiment. One small improvement at a time. That’s how confidence gets built—not by knowing everything, but by continuing to move forward.

I want to know everything, right now!!! But no you are right one thing one tool one project, then go back to everything now!!🫨💖 thanks for the good suggestion.🙏
Decision-maker went dark mid-deal.
Good day team, I was mid-negotiation with a warm lead (already had 2 calls, sent a proposal) and the main point of contact suddenly stopped responding. I've sent a follow-up email and a LinkedIn message, no response yet. I'm considering reaching out to a secondary contact at the company instead of waiting any longer. How would you go about this?

Dionny's response above is a terrific strategy. Yes I agree that persistence gets results. Many times something may take more than 2 interactions to get solid results. 😉
