Iโ€™m Mike Sadikian. Iโ€™m in mortgage loans and help people with financing solutions, whether thatโ€™s buying a home or structuring deals. I also work closely with realtors on marketing to help them grow their business, and I help real estate investors scale their rental portfolios. Outside of skool, you can find me here: โ€ข Instagram: @mikesadikian I also host a podcast called Closers Network where we talk business, growth, and closing at a higher level. I also have a YouTube Channel called @FundwithMike where I make it easy to understand mortgage financing. Looking forward to connecting and adding value wherever I can ๐Ÿ’ช

@Joshua Palassis For my personal goals, I can't wait for Mike Sadikian and Adam Peters to pop on the live. Those will be my priority lives to catch.

Hey Fred! What's your main cuisine? Or was it more learning local cuisine while you were in each country? Campfire cooking is going to be a part of my motovlog when I get to that point. Would love to connect for ideas on low-weight, low-cost ingredients, and recipes.
New Lesson w/John Harney: Managers vs. Leaders ๐Ÿฆ

With over 20 years in the trenches of people development and a background as an NCAA soccer referee, John knows exactly when to coach his team and when to blow the whistle on performance. ๐—ช๐—ฒ ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐—ผ: โœ… The False Choice: Why the business worldโ€™s "manager vs. leader" dichotomy is a trap and why you need both tools in your toolbox to be effective. โœ… The Empowerment Ladder: A dynamic 5-level framework to move from "Telling" to "Delegating" based on the person and the context. โœ… Relational Accounting: How to ensure you aren't "relationally bankrupt" by balancing your deposits (leadership) and your withdrawals (management). โœ… The 30-Second Pause: The simple, 3-question internal check that separates reactive supervisors from elite, responsive ones. โœ… Support vs. Challenge: Why asking your team where they need more of each is the fastest way to turn around performance. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Part 1 I have a different structure for my thoughts on leadership. Managers are leaders, and oftentimes, they just suck lol. I've been in the role on a few occasions, but I never chose it. The best tool I can think of as a manager or leader, to me, is delegation. The manager rides the bike and hires the correct people to steer or pedal. "Situational fluency", I love that term. It's what every good leader has. One thing I've always preached is that every decision is circumstantial. If I'm in the position, I'll only hire people I can trust for leadership positions. Micromanaging is the worst trait a manager can have. If you can't trust them to do their job, you hired wrong. A good system I've found is that new employees never need micromanaging; they need proper training. If you don't give the time to properly train, that's when micromanaging becomes necessary. For me, the only time I would want to oversee people I'm leading is when new tech or regulations are added. Trust your training system and the ones you have trained to do what they were trained to do. This was a great segment to add to the classroom. 100%. Part 2 "Empowerment Ladder." This is a well-thought-out tool ladder. I agree 100%. If I were ever to own a company(highly unlikely), the managers I'd hire are ones with experience over a degree. I didn't have much to add to this segment, and that's why he gets paid to do what he does. Last thing I'll add is that you shouldn't try to lead; you should try to be someone that others naturally want to follow.

Intro ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ
Hey everyone! I'm Kevin, 26 years old, from Montreal, Canada. Iโ€™ve spent time the last 7+ years in warehousing, but Iโ€™m now slowly transitioning online, and replacing the physical grind with something that actually fits my interests and long-term goals. Right now Iโ€™m diving into high-ticket appointment setting. It lines up a lot better with how I like to work and what Iโ€™m aiming for. On the side, I put together my own Crypto E-Book to simplify what Iโ€™ve learned over the years and share tools/resources I wish I had earlier. I even built a Discord community for anyone looking for a clearer roadmap into the space. If youโ€™re curious, Iโ€™m always down to chat. A few fun facts about me: I like checking out new food spots, listening to personal development podcasts, staying active, and going on walks to clear my mind. And honestly, I love talking about almost anything. Cars, crypto, finances, tech, politics, fashion, personal growth, food, travel, fragrancesโ€ฆ if itโ€™s interesting, Iโ€™m in. Feel free to message me or find my socials in my bio if you want to connect.
