I signed an LOI and am walking 50+ units over 20+ Multi-family buildings in the Lowell area tomorrow to see if this might be our NEXT syndication project. Remember asymmetry of information is your most important tool. Find Sellers lacking knowledge, use other people’s money with leverage and pounce. Success is not earned but gamed.
