Solar on rental, business make it Commerical?
Curious to learn more about Solar on rental properties. Being a STR rental along qualifies it for Commercial ITC? Any requirements to consider?

It’s been 100% worth it for me in AZ, especially when you consider the level of comfort. My electric bill for the year is $0 and I have people around me paying over $700/mo in the summer. You have to get a good deal up from which I did, will pay off for me in 3-4 years likely.

Hi Everyone, glad to join a community like this and learn ways to lower taxes and invest in RE. My wife and I live in the United States.Our goal for joining this community is to achieve financial freedom so we can spend time with the kids but also support charities and people in need around us.
