New Content
Hey Team... I just uploaded some new content to test some new audio tools we have. Check out the classroom under Test Videos and let me know they play for you and any feedback you have. Thanks!
Start Here – Welcome to Jiu Jitsu Explained
Welcome to Jiu Jitsu Explained. This community exists to help grapplers understand how Jiu Jitsu actually works. Most people collect techniques without ever understanding the concepts that connect the game together. Our goal here is to simplify the art and focus on the principles, positions, and strategies that make Jiu Jitsu effective. Inside this community you will find: • Clear explanations of core concepts • Structured lessons on the fundamentals • Training drills and positional sparring ideas • Strategy for live rolling • Opportunities to ask questions and get coaching feedback If you focus on understanding the fundamentals and positional hierarchy of Jiu Jitsu, everything else begins to make much more sense. Step 1 – Introduce Yourself Please comment below and tell us: 1. Where you train 2. Your belt level 3. How long you have been training 4. One thing you are currently struggling with in Jiu Jitsu This helps me create content that actually solves the problems you are dealing with on the mat. Step 2 – Start With This Question What position do you struggle with the most? Examples: Mount escapes Guard retention Guard passing Side control escapes Back defense Comment below and let us know. Focus on understanding the positions and the strategy behind them, not just memorizing techniques. One Rule for This Community Be curious. Ask questions. Share what you are learning. The more you engage here, the more you will get out of it. Welcome to Jiu Jitsu Explained.

A couple of you sent feedback that the progress bar was not completing as you worked through the material. This is a simple fix.....hit the check mark when you complete and it will adjust the progress bar for you!
