Welcome
👀 If this group caught your attention, it’s likely because your sleep isn’t where it should be. Trouble falling asleep. Waking up tired. Light or fragmented sleep. Or the feeling that even “enough hours” aren’t enough. I’m Dr. Aurora Simo, medical doctor with nearly 3 decades of experience, specialized in sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. Most people try to fix sleep with: - supplements - routines copied online - quick solutions That usually fails because sleep problems are not all the same. Before improving sleep, you must first understand your sleep profile. In the coming days, I’ll share: - Clear, medical explanations about sleep - A free sleep-type test - A free practical sleep guide - Simple habits that actually make a difference Clear guidance based on experience and evidence. Your first step 👉 Answer below : What is your biggest sleep issue right now?

Let’s Get to Know Each Other (No Pressure)
This space is for open conversation. If you feel comfortable, you can share a few words about your sleep — no need for details, labels, or explanations. Some people arrive here because: - sleep has slowly changed over time - nights feel lighter or more restless - mornings don’t feel restorative anymore - sleep has become unpredictable If you’d like, introduce yourself and answer one of these: - What made you join this group? - How would you describe your sleep lately — in one sentence? - What do you hope to understand better about your sleep? There’s no right way to answer. This space is here to listen, not to judge.

Stephen from Ireland, father of 2, entrepreneur in the online personal training space and also a Chief of Staff/Strategist in Finance. I have been an early riser since ~2012 getting up abotu 5am or 6am to exercise, commute etc. In the past 5 years I had 2 kids, one of which was a really poor sleeper and really tested us with our resolve and mental strength. things are better now but i find that even when i am really tired it can take me a long time to fall asleep. I pray before bed and then medidate which helps, but sometimes i lie awake for quite some time.
