Off-topic post... but I'd really value your feedback.
Over the past few weeks, I've been working with a coach who's given 13 TEDx Talks, been a writer for The Tonight Show and is also a professional stand up comic. And now he coaches speakers to give their own Ted talks and launch speaking careers. Together we've been developing what will eventually become my own TEDx Talk. It's called 15 More Minutes, and it's built around a simple idea: Never make a permanent decision in a temporary emotional state. This is probably the most personal thing I've ever written. It started with a terribly painful breakup in my relationship, but it evolved into something much bigger about how we make decisions in every area of life - relationships, business, parenting, and personal growth. I'm at the point where I'm beginning to rehearse it, so before I get too far down that road, I'd love some honest feedback from people I respect. I'm not looking for encouragement (although I'll gladly take it 😊). I'm looking for constructive criticism. As you read it, I'd love to know things like: - Did it hold your attention from beginning to end? - Was there anywhere your mind wandered? - What line or moment stuck with you the most? - Was anything confusing or unnecessary? - Did the core idea feel like something you'd remember after hearing it? - If you watched this on TED, would you recommend it to someone else? When you get to Part 12 it's referencing this image of the tattoo on my wrist and black envelopes on every chair with a temporary tattoo just like mine for everyone in the audience. Please don't worry about hurting my feelings. I'd much rather hear what you really think now than after I've spent months rehearsing something that could have been better. Thank you in advance. I genuinely appreciate any time you're willing to invest in helping me make this the best it can be. (Attached is the current draft.) Also, if you'd like to read the whole back story to this Ted Talk, please visit the website I made for it at https://fifteenmoreminutes.com

Hey Brother, It's good. ...very good! Allowing yourself to be so open and vulnerable will hook people and cause them to "lean in." Holding people's attention once you gain it has never been more difficult. That said, my one concern is whether you'll be able to hold them through the couple of "stay with me, it gets better" sections. IMHO, the outcome will hinge on your delivery during your talk and if you're able to make them "feel" what you're conveying. I believe that will be a challenge. Normally, when providing constructive criticism, I offer an opinion on how to surmount a potential obstacle. Admittedly, I have no such advice this time. Yet, I believe the coach you're working with will guide you on a compelling way to prevail over any hurdles. You've got this and will knock 'em dead, Russ! 👍
What I built after the $5K Messenger tool I bought 2 years ago died
Quick share for anyone running an agency or coaching business that lives in Facebook Messenger: I just shipped a tool I've been building called Lead King Messenger CRM. It's a Chrome extension + web dashboard that: - Turns Messenger into a real CRM (pipelines, stages, tags, notes) - Auto-replies to first messages so you don't lose leads while you're busy - Auto-screens incoming friend requests with a custom message — you only accept the ones who reply with something worth your time - Syncs everything to GoHighLevel so your nurture sequences actually trigger - Works across multiple sub-accounts if you're an agency - Built it because every existing tool in this space either died with its founder (the $5K reseller tool I bought 2 years ago is gone), doesn't integrate with GHL, or charges $300/month for one feature. Mine does all of the above for a one-time payment. Releasing it to 23 beta testers this week. First 10 to comment get free lifetime access. Comment "BETA" if you want a slot.

If you need a killer VA (GHL + Bots), read this
I’m not gonna fluff this up — if you need a solid VA who actually knows what she’s doing, this is worth your attention. I’ve had her on my team for over 2 years, and I trust her completely. I’m just shifting into projects right now that don’t require a VA, so I’d rather plug her into someone else’s operation than let that talent sit. Here’s the deal: - Super easy to work with — no ego, takes feedback, executes exactly how you ask - Loyal and consistent — not someone you have to babysit - Speaks great English — very minimal accent (Filipina) - HighLevel is second nature to her — I’ve trained her on pretty much everything I know - Builds bots — Messenger + Voice AI (same systems I use) - Picks things up fast — you can show her once on Zoom or send a loom and she gets it This isn’t an entry-level VA. She’s already trained at a high level and can plug into your workflows quickly. If you’re: - Running GHL accounts - Doing lead gen / automation - Building bots - Or just need someone reliable to execute She’ll make your life easier fast. I don’t gain anything from this — just making sure she lands somewhere solid. If you want an intro, comment or DM me and I’ll connect you.

Training Schedule Next Week (LOOKING FOR INPUT)
I'm going to set up a solid training schedule for next week. But I'd like some input from everyone in the group about what you need to help you most. Here are some things I was thinking: 1. Ask me anything hour 2. A live bot build out with someone from the group 3. onboarding training (how to set up the onboarding funnel and use it) 4. prospecting and sales 5. "hot set" - we all test and critique your bot then help you improve it Anything else you need help with!

🤯 🤯 AI Voice Callers Coming To Consolidata!
They will be able to answer calls or make outbound calls. They will follow a prompt and a script and set appointments on your calendar just like the bots do! You will be able to upload your own voice or use voices that are already pre made by the system! EXCITING times coming up - this will be live in about four weeks!
