That’s a bit of dead horse with a stick here, but I’ve asked a couple different places who won the last contest for the build a - thon either it wasn’t posted or I missed it somehow but just asking for a friend you know how they are they don’t stop asking. so I told him I’d ask one more time that’s it.🤠 so Hopefully we get an answer this time lol he’s very impatient you know how it is anyway have a great day All and a great week. May fortune come straight at you running and yelling your name so as if not to miss it this time. because I keep missing it. So maybe next time, Steve

Support help??

Is anyone getting help from Support, I file a ticket and get an email that they received it and will respond in 24 hours but that's been at leaset 72 hrs since. I'm trying to see if there is a recording of the Monday session as I work during that time and would at least like to see that the conversations are. Originally I was told to post any questions I might have there and get responses. But as of yet no recording.

I’m not paid to say this and I have no skin in the game other than for my experience every time I’ve put in a ticket with support. I’ve heard back from him like literally 24 hours or less, but I haven’t put one in a while so I don’t know maybe that was then this is now I don’t know. I’m just saying my experience has been nothing but good with everyone there to be honest with you. I hope you get what you need whether that be the help you need or the refund because I’m sure they might be backed up or something though they just don’t seem like people just screw people over Bill‘s been doing this a long time. He’s got a great reputation so I don’t see that happening but again that’s my opinion so take it for what you will take care. Have a great week and a great year.

Sorry but dumb question. I thought this was over on Monday when it was picked Monday am I missing something probably I’m sure but it seems to me like it should be over and when that should’ve been announced. Yes no anyone let me know. Thank you very much.
