@Chan Woo Park yes, I’m working on doing less kipping
How can I improve my front lever
I’ve been trying my front lever for around 3-4 months, and I’ve hit a plateau where I’m not making any progress beyond the one leg front lever. I understand that the front lever will be a hard skill for me to learn because of my hight (200cm)
Taught myself how to do this in 2 weeks
Not sure if it’s impressive or not, but I’ve had a lot of fun teaching myself how.

@Chan Woo Park I’ve been doing calisthenics for around 3 months, so I’d say I have a good base

Help with training plan
I’ve gotten back into a regular training schedule, but I’m wondering if I should change it. I’m trying to increase my pull-ups, learn the muscle up, and learn the front lever. I still want to do some form of hand stand pushup training aswell. Could someone please help me make a training plan? I can train 5-6 days a week currently. My current stats are the following: 10 pull-ups 15kg pull-up 8 chest to bar pull-ups 15dips 20kg dip 15 second hand stand hold 25 pushups 5 pike pushups One leg front lever

Before I help make you a training plan, I have a few questions. What is your goal with calisthenics? Is it to learn skills, better your physique, or to gain more physical strength. (It can be multiple) Are there any body weight exercises you are able to do currently? (So I can adjust if needed) I’ll try and help you as much as I’m able, and I’m excited to see your progress 💪
