What were your wins this week? I’ve really enjoyed the calls this week. Definitely much nicer speaking to people one on one instead of just looking at google doc cells and trainingpeaks numbers for information. Please give me a text to arrange a chat! I’ve tried to dial it back on Skool this week to help free up time to make some progress on training. I’m feeling good about it all so yeah happy enough here! Hope you’ve had a good week 😎 Matthew

Not eating after 1800 hrs and drinking more water, a pint with every meal and 750 ml / hr on the trainer. For years I used to eat something at 2000 hrs, because prior to doing so I went through periods of disturbed sleep through hunger. I never thought I would be able to break the habit, but I am eating far more of the right things through the day and so far my sleep has been good. This means that I have a 12 -13 hr fast whilst still eating sufficient calories during the day. I have dropped some weight too.

It would help me to feel slightly more aware of who you are, where you are, what your riding might be like--I don't know, just human curiosity. What ride did you do today? I was due to do 4hrs z2, got 3hrs in pouring rain & low temperatures. I’m going to finish the last hour on the zwift bike this evening

Yes, down for 3 hrs, but ended up 3 hrs 40 mins. Cross head out, block head wind home.

@Gregory Gross I've done 3hrs + on the trainer, but never 4. I have 2hrs tomorrow, intervals and 3 hrs End on Sunday. The forecast is dry here tomorrow and rain Sunday, so going to swap days. Either way, sounds like you are pretty determined 🙂

@Blair Corey Yes most definitely Blair ! I had a few teething troubles and Vekta support were brilliant, really quick. I've no doubt any remaining issues will be ironed out pretty soon.

@Zachary Hoover No Zachary, the numbers make me sad because invariably they are crap. Considering I have done no proper training for over 6 months now I was pleasantly surprised at the metrics for CP and VO2.
