Welcome our new members!
✨ Welcome to our new members Alex Fadda Stephen Cassidy Elley Jefferies — I’m so glad you’re here! ✨ 🌼 This is a cozy, gentle space for using art and mindfulness to tune into how you’re feeling. Share at your comfort: post your art, reflections, questions, or just a hello. Be kind and respect others’ privacy 🫶 🌿 To get started: - Introduce yourself (name/nickname, what brings you here). - Try a prompt from the Prompts of the Week section (we have 2 so far). - Share one small piece of art or a sentence about how you’re doing today. 🎨 If you need anything, ask — we’re here to support each other. Welcome to The Art Therapy community

Hey Anna 👋 appreciate the warm welcome. I’m Steve I’m here because I’m really interested in understanding human behaviour on a deeper level… especially how things like creativity, regulation, and expression all connect. I like the idea of using something like art as a way to process what’s going on, not just think your way through everything. Today I’m feeling pretty steady been focusing on slowing things down a bit and not just pushing through like I usually would. Looking forward to seeing what everyone shares in here 🎨 great to see you here @Alex Fadda @Elley Jefferies 🙌🙌👋
