Thanks for having me!
Hi everyone, my name is Stephanie Vigil and I'm from Colorado, started loan signings a little over a month ago. I'm enjoying it but could use more work! Any tips and tricks out there for getting work? I'd be forever grateful!

@Vivian Hernandez thank you. I've done maybe 10 loan signings so far and have been a notary for 25+ years, so I have that experience but want more work as a signing agent! I love it!
Star Title Group
I received a text from Star Title Group yesterday for a job on June 1st, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to add this question, but here I go. :) They asked if I wanted a job right near me, paying $100 on June 1st, asked me to sign up on their platform, when I went to sign up, they want me to pay a $20 annual fee. Has anyone heard of Star Title Group, they are run by Daija Bettis, I just want to make sure I'm okay with signing up with them. Any suggestions, comments, etc., will help.

@Melina Fuenmayor thank you so much! I entered all of my information in their platform and then it asked for the $20, when I sent Daija a text, she said she understood and that it's so that they can pay good money to signing agents. She said we can work on this signing without me paying the fee and if we cross paths down the road maybe I can reconsider the fee later. I'm just concerned because I entered all of my information into their system before it asked for the $20 fee. Someone on Facebook said they've worked with them in the past and didn't have to pay.
