Hey guys- is Paradise Point Housing a lease matcher or just a third party placement company?

Our Richardson house got extended go another 3 weeks. We also got submitted on that house for a fire claim- 3 months to start with a month to month option for up to a year so 🙏🙏🙏. Our Lewisville house got extended a week or so. Their contractor drilled into a pipe just before the weekend so they have a new leak to deal with 😭. So terrible to add an issue onto an ongoing insurance claim but they’re really excited that they don’t have to re-find a place to stay since we don’t have anyone booked behind them.
