I’m in a really interesting phase with my Skool community right now and would love some outside perspective I’ve built a space focused on high-capacity women who look like they have it all together on the outside, but feel depleted underneath Right now, I have: • A free entry point with nervous system tools and resets • A growing library of resources and trainings • A paid tier with deeper work and support I’m seeing strong traction, real connection, and consistent engagement My live call attendance is growing, conversations are happening, and I’m getting really solid feedback from the women inside Where I feel like I’m in the middle is this: Bridging the gap between people coming in for free value… and helping them naturally move into deeper paid support Not from pressure but from clarity and alignment I know the work is strong I know the transformation is there I just want the pathway to feel as clear and natural as possible So I’d love input on this: If you were in this phase, what would you focus on next? 🌿🪷✨ Stepping into this more fully… sharing a bit about me ✨ 🪷 🌿 Excited that I was able to get to level 5 for an opportunity to participate at a future summit. This is definitely moving the needle for me! I’ve been building my Alignment community around something I care deeply about— helping people move from mental overwhelm into clarity, regulation, and aligned action. It has been a dream of mine to build an online presence for some time and the dream is becoming a reality. For 18 years, I was a private chef on Maui. At a certain point, I knew I was being called into something different. I went to India for master teacher trainings—not as a continuation of what I was doing, but as a transition into having the skills and tools to support people in a deeper, more purposeful and meaningful way. That shift has required way more than learning. It has required becoming someone new while still honoring who I had been. That process of identity change is something I now live and guide from. Right now, I’m growing my Alignment Skool community with a focus on: - nervous system stabilization techniques - clarity and decision-making awareness - identity-based practices focused on rewiring the brain Inside the community, I’m bringing in: - grounded wisdom that translates into real life - guided practices (breath, meditation, movement) - simple structures that support follow-through - live sessions to integrate and apply the work in real time One of my bigger visions is to offer transformational retreats in Bali, along with in-person workshops (1–3 days) that allow people to fully land in the work—body, mind, and spirit. ☀️ Where I’d love input: For those of you growing communities— - What has helped you attract the right members who eventually move into deeper work (retreats, workshops, etc.)? - How do you bridge from online community → real-life experiences? I tend to think big picture (vision, experience, long-term), so I’m working on translating that into simple, consistent growth.
