Hi, I live in Perth, Western Australia. I have a life science background but have worked with all market sectors. Due to getting Stiff Person Syndrome in Jan 2022 (same as Celine Dion), I had to medically retire as co-director of a business I founded in 2011, which my partner has bought me out and is still going strong - why did our business succeed? Customer rapport, trust, quick responses, being there for customers for the long haul, same person to deal with and being local. Since then customers have become friends, catching up every 6 months or so. Together we put in for a CAR-T grant with some of these ex-customers, who have now become senior in their work. Next step is working towards raising $2M AUD, for a phase 1 clinical trial to start for Multiple Sclerosis, Lupis and SPS. There are now 12 SPS people in Perth including myself. Supposed to be 2 in a million? I started another business in 2020 to supply COVIV-19 products. Just resigned and left to the other two directors. Two of the suppliers have followed me - soon to be ready to release my first solo business called The Practical Wellness. This started to advertise the 3 published Amazon business (done as a K-Express student with Sophie Howard - where a met Robert). Book 4 in progress. Ideas of Books 5 and 6 started and pre-paid with Dibbly - and yes, can use Blinkbook.ai for these :) One AI task you already use regularly: Book ideas/writing, design of new website, blogs. One AI problem you want to solve: Have been struggling learning Closebot. Enrolled with AI Agency and BotBuilders - onsell bots. Bot for my upcoming website finished with their support yesterday. AI tools you currently use: ChatGPT, Claude.AI and BlinkBook.AI Optional: Main project is finishing the website. One of my previous suppliers is interested in purchasing my first receptionist bot and a bot to help with Social Media - will involve CloseBot, AI Agency, BotBuilders and GoHighLevel. Lastly, just signed up to e-Farming, as I didin't really suceed well with emails to people I don't have a relationship, and combined with AI Agency's training, they bring everything together to achieve this
