It’s important to me that if you’re in this group using your energy and attention that I give something back that is meaningful. I would like to restart live zone training sessions. They can really help you close a gap in any area of your life that you choose. I’ve seen people have their best NBA basketball game performance ever and I’ve seen people create magic in their lives when they use the zone formula. Sessions are about 20 minutes long and I would do them one or two o more times a month. I’d love to hear from you days and times that work well. Feel free to DM me here on school or answer in a reply below. Oh! And also - please notice that I changed the name of this group because I’ve always called the zone a place and I believe that place is inside the Cosmic Arena. I’ll explain at the next live session. 🏆☺️🙏🏽.

Welcome to THE ZONE! I am so glad you're here. I'll be teaching you the same zone training I share with professional NBA, NFL, WNBA, MLB, & MLS Athletes and Coaches. Here's how to use this membership. Use the mp3s in pre-recorded zone training to work on the four main steps of zone training. Look at the Vault in the classroom for some great hands on quick techniques to shift your state immediately. Please feel free to introduce yourself in a reply to this post below (in the comments) Super short intros preferred. Don't know what to say? Simply name your top movie or favorite sport.
