@Emily Dawn You are most welcome!
This isn’t a booking problem… it’s a clarity problem
@Stephanie Dion been building online businesses for 8+ years… while working full time. Stephanie's Website Stephanie's Skool Community Stephanie's Instagram Now she’s applying everything she’s learned to her Airbnb business — managing it remotely (which is no small feat). And here’s the insight she’s bringing to the table: 👉 Most short-term rental listings don’t have a booking problem — they have a clarity problem. Think about this for a second… When your listing isn’t clear, it shows up as: • the wrong guests booking • constant back-and-forth questions • mismatched expectations (aka headaches) But when your listing is clear? Everything gets easier. Better guests. Smoother stays. Less friction. ____________________________________ She’s opening up a small Founder’s Round for her Listing Clarity Lab (a 5-day system powered by a custom GPT 👀). If you: • run an Airbnb • are thinking about short-term rentals • or just love seeing how people turn expertise into offers 👉 Click this link to sign up for the Listing Clarity Lab ____________________________________ Where in your own business do you think you might actually have a clarity problem (not a traffic problem)? 👇

Hi @Brenda Rigney, I have a founder's round for a lab which will be on sale the week of March 24th, it is for Short Term Rental hosts (Airbnb) and using 5 GPTs in 5 days. Would choosing a timing be an option?
What are your weekly go-to tools in your business?
It's a new year. I'm getting all my tax filing together and I like to review all of the tech + tools I invested in my life and business in 2025. That means going through subscriptions. Checking renewal dates. There are always a few I miss and then kick myself for letting another year go by paying $250 or $199 there. What about you? What are you must tech + tools to get you through the week? What are the ones you are dropping in 2026 and why? I'll share mine in the comments.

My go to: ChatGPT, Claude, Google, Trello, Slack, I dropped Asana, I have played with building GPTs and I purchased GPT that I use regularly. I am playing with NotebookLM.
