If you want a top Tier Offer stop begging....
If I hear another rep say...."you got any offers right now" I might lose it lol.... SEPARATE yourself from the heard....stop sounding like everybody else lol

You're spot on here. I've learned this along the way, often the hard way first. Giving too much from the begging/desperation folks which was draining. I had to learn some serious boundaries back then. I also had to get back to who I am. I enjoy building relationships, especially ones that are mutually beneficial. I know that if I develop a good relationship and rapport with someone I like and respect, eventually down the road what I give comes back in some way and often not in obvious ways ☺️. I'm always looking to add value to the lives of people I work with whether they are clients or colleagues.
You're 3 feet from gold and don't even know it
Napoleon Hill tells a story in Think and Grow Rich about a guy who bought a gold mine that fails miserably.... He spent 2 years digging. Sunk hundreds of thousands into equipment, crews, the works. Found nothing. So he sold the property at a massive discount and walked away.....and I know a few of you in here are close to making that same call.... The new owner did one thing the first guy didn't — he hired an expert. Turned out there was a fault line right where they were drilling. They needed to shift their angle 3 feet. 3 feet further lead the BIGGEST cold mine in Colorado and the new owner CASHED IN. I was dead broke in 2019 and 3 feet from gold..... This month I'll do $30k+ cash without crazy hours and taking a week off. There is no doubt in me that had I never hired coaches I would have given up 3 feet early and missed out... Missed out on traveling the world, speaking on stages, speaking life into the next generation, showing my family what is possible, helping dozens to earn money online....deepening with my spiritual growth....it all traces back to the humility to say I can't and don't want to do this game alone. That's a 6-year journey of rejection, pivoting, finding new angles, and refusing to quit. Ultimately finding that one tweak that broke me through to the other side....which was mastering SALES. Most people miss two principles that decide everything in this game Commitment. Persistence. If you're looking at the external to decide your actions. It's backwards. You decide internally → then create the external. The universe conforms to commitment. When you're 100% in on the vision and taking consistent action, you find a way. Every time. And here's the kicker — the money, the freedom, the toys, the travel? That's just icing on the cake. Who you become on the way there is the real prize. If you know somewhere deep down you are 3 Feet away i'm in your corner, let's make some magic happen.

They told me I didn't want it bad enough...
Ever been told you didn’t want something bad enough? Yeah, it happened to me. I got rejected during an interview process in 2021 with Taylor Conroy. They said, "Sounds good, but we just don't think you want it bad enough." That lit a fire under my ass. I decided right then and there I was going to prove them wrong. All I could hear internally was fuck that, watch me..... I spent an entire day on a rooftop in downtown, recording 100 takes of a single intro video. Over and over. Until it was perfect. Then I sent it off. Guess what? I closed the deal. I got the job. On my first team video call, I see the guy who rejected me. He was in a pool in Costa Rica, shirtless on Zoom. I thought, "Holy fuck, that's my vision." Right there, I DM him in the private chat: "You're in Costa Rica right now?" "Yeah, dude, what's up?" he replies. I said, "I'm coming to Costa Rica, and you're paying for it." He was like, "What do you mean?" "How many deals do I need to close this month? You're covering it all." Next day, he texts me: "17." I closed 18. When you have a crystal-clear intention, sky-high emotions, and relentless action, you can make anything happen. What’s your Costa Rica? What's driving your persistence? That's so good! I've had many moments of that in my life when people have doubted me and that lit a fire under my arse. The first one I vividly remember was in high school chemistry when my male teacher was surprised that I was doing so well and said "girls aren't good at chemistry." I ended up with the highest grade in his class. He remembered me because when my brother had him 3 years later he told him that I set the bar high. 😂

@Kokoy Delmo That's a great analogy!!
Most closers won't admit this out loud....
For years, my sense of worth was tied to how much I made. Commission-only rep. Daily, weekly, monthly, my identity rose and fell with the number on the board. Closed a deal? On top of the world. Got a no? Worthless. I was an absolute shitstorm to be around during that time. Brutal on myself, brutal on everyone close to me. And the worst part, no amount of money ever fixed it. The bar just moved. What finally broke the cycle was rooting in something higher. Faith in God. A value system that wasn't dependent on a yes or a no from a stranger on Zoom. If this is a struggle for you, I'd encourage you to do whatever it takes to detach from it. A call is just a call. It doesn't mean anything about you. It literally doesn't mean anything about you. Separate your identity from results. Attach it to effort, intention, discipline, faith. The things that are actually yours. That's how I measure a good day now. Not "did I make money today," but did I show up, did I do the work, did I stay rooted. Onwards and Upwards, Mason

Right on! it's hard to be fulfilled and successful when you aren't rooted in a connection to something greater than yourself. ✨💖
