Hi All, I have recently joined the community. Looking forward to meet everyone through our discourse. I’m in the proposal phase for far too long but life has gotten in the way. I’m ready to get back on the horse and move forward. My dissertation topic examines the mandated implicit policy specifically in Maryland as it relates to maternal mortality in Black women. Throughout my 20+ years in public health my passion has always been health equity so I finally narrowed my topic to this. I look forward to this journey as my writing evolves.

He was so kind to invite me to his graduation party, so I decided to road trip down from Maryland to join him in this celebration.
