✨ Joy is something you PRACTICE ✨
President Russell M. Nelson said: ā€œThe joy we feel has little to do with the circumstances of our lives and everything to do with the focus of our lives.ā€ So let’s just call it out… It’s not your life.It’s what you’re focusing on šŸ‘€ Because life doesn’t suddenly get easier.But your experience of it can change—fast. šŸ’› Here’s the shift: Joy isn’t found in big moments.It’s built in small ones: - Hot water šŸ™Œ - A quiet second alone - Laughing at how ridiculous the day is šŸ˜… - the fact that we can go to the store and grab a gallon of milk and we don't have to go pasteurize our own milk 🧠 And this is real science, not fluff: Gratitude + laughter =✨ endorphins (mood boost)✨ oxytocin (calm + connection) You literally interrupt stress and rewire your brain. šŸ™ When life feels heavy… Get specific:ā€œI’m grateful for this moment.ā€ā€œI’m grateful I kept going today.ā€ That’s how you shift your focus back to truth. ✨ Your Challenge (do this with me): šŸ“ Make a JOY LISTšŸ“Œ Put post-its around your house (ā€œfind joy hereā€)ā° For the next 7 days: set a timer every hour and purposely do something that fills you up! ask:šŸ‘‰ Where is the joy right now? This is how we become limitless… Not by waiting for life to change—but by becoming women who can find joy in any moment šŸ’› Love to hear the shift for you in the comments

How to heal from the pain of your children’s choices
Hey sweet friends šŸ¤ I want to open up a conversation that I know hits close to home for so many of us… Your children’s choices can hurt. Deeply. And if you’re being honest, maybe it’s brought anxiety, stress, or even moments where you’ve felt heavy and stuck. But here’s what I’ve been learning (and living): Their choices don’t have to determine your peace. When I stopped placing my happiness in my child’s agency—and turned fully to Christ to heal my heart—everything began to shift. Not overnight. Not perfectly.But powerfully. I started showing up differently. With more peace, more confidence, more love. And the most beautiful part… my relationship with my son changed.To the point where now he comes to me for advice. That didn’t come from controlling him.It came from Christ changing me. This Thursday, I’m going to go deeper into this with you—what that actually looked like, how I let go, and how you can too. If this is something your heart is craving… I want you there. Drop a ā¤ļø or message me and I’ll get you the details. You’re not alone in this. And you don’t have to keep carrying it. Love you all šŸ¤

@Lindsey Humphries YAY!!
Hey Y'all I need your help (Pretty please!)
I don’t want to just create another ā€œgood idea.ā€ I want to create something that actually helps your family. So before I finalize this 7-day ā€œJesus Is My Heroā€ experience…I need your honesty. Not the Sunday answer—the real one. šŸ‘‰ Take 2 minutes and tell me what’s actually going on in your home. . Would you want to be part of a simple 7-day experience focused on helping your family connect with Christ?

@Michelle Bliss YES! Sunday's can sometimes feel like, Oh we have gone to church and then we come home, ravish the fridge, take a nap and then what... Good observation! Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

@Lindsey Humphries ohh girl! You need to take care of you and your baby right now. I will be doing a family scripture study about Jesus is my hero and so all you have to do is push play. Sound good?
What are your Holy Week traditions?
I love that we are putting more of an emphasis on the last week of Christ's life more and more. Understanding His sacrifice more intently- Helping our kids feel His presence, And sometimes… we just need something simple to help guide that. SOOO... Several LDS creators came together to bring you Christ-centered Easter resources-things that can help you bring Him into your home in a real, intentional way this week. Nothing complicated.Just simple ways to turn your hearts to Jesus. Check it out here Easter Collective 2026 Comment below

@Michelle Bliss Love that your family focused on coming closer to Christ, and your family was willing to do more of the meaningful things. We were traveling home from my seeing our adult children, and listened to the conference on our way. When we got home, me and my 17yr old painted Jesus easter eggs while listening to the last session of conference. (So doing this again next year). What matters is that you keep doing the meaningful things. They will appreciate and remember the Spirit they feel. šŸ˜
I’m hearing this differently…
This General Conference… I’m approaching it differently. I came in with a prayer in my heart—and actual questions written down. But here’s the shift: I’m not just listening to the words…I’m paying attention to my thoughts. Who is coming to mind?What am I being prompted to do?Who is the Lord inviting me to be? (Not going to lie… David A. Bednar’s talk? I’ll be re-listening to that one.) teaching us HOW to become more like Christ, and have his true love in our hearts. And just like Henry B. Eyring reminded us—the Lord already knows the desires of our hearts. Quick moment from today— My hubby and I are driving to Austin for our daughter’s 23rd birthday, listening to Conference…and we got another Airbnb booking. We just looked at each other with tears. Not because of the booking…but because of the reminder: He is aware of us in every part of our lives. Even the parts we don’t always think are ā€œspiritual.ā€ He’s in all of it. If you’re watching Conference and feeling prompted—don’t ignore it. Come share it inside Skool. What are you being invited to do… or be? šŸ‘‰Comment here Let’s not just hear this… let’s act on it šŸ¤ and help each other get there.
