Business / Creative Work — What am I avoiding or feeling heavy about? Relationships — Where is there tension or energy drain I haven’t named? Inner Dialogue — What pressure am I carrying silently? You don’t have to share everything. One sentence is enough. Naming doesn’t require fixing.

Today isn’t just about romance. It’s about love in every form — the love we give, the love we rebuild, the love we learn to receive, and yes… the love we finally learn to give ourselves.
