Honesty Post
I had full intentions to film over the weekend and my head just said “no”. Life happens — and this is exactly why I’m building this group around real energy levels, honesty, and not perfection. I’ll share the first dump bag walkthrough very soon 👍

Why does life seem to be getting busier each week 😴 I’m currently sat in my car at Hollys football training and won’t get home till after 9. I haven’t had tea yet as didn’t finish work until 5 then had to get Bella and rush out so it will be something really quick and not nutritious

Quick honesty post 🙋‍♂️
Quick honesty post 🙋‍♂️ Life got busy the last few days and I stepped away — but I’m back. What’s been the hardest part of food/meal planning for you this week?

I have had the busiest week. I haven’t been on any socials all week and struggled to keep up with everything let alone meals. I have found it all hard this week - planning, prepping, even finding time to eat it 🙈 I did an online shop which did help massively
It’s not the cooking — it’s the thinking 😵‍💫
After reading the replies yesterday, something really stood out. For most of us, it’s not that we can’t cook. It’s the mental load around it: What are we having? Do we have the ingredients? How much time have we got? Will everyone actually eat it? How much is it going to cost this week? By the time dinner comes around, the decision-making is already exhausting. Does that sound about right for you too? Feel free to drop a 👍, an emoji, or a quick thought — no pressure to write an essay.

@Ben Candlin I don’t advise Asda. I did an online order last week and 15 out of the 43 items were unavailable. Didn’t even offer substitutes 🙈

@Ben Candlin it was annoying because it was part ingredients for different meals so had parts for 3 meals but not all of it. They did give me a £10 voucher for being so rubbish though
