Pressure creates diamonds. Challenges create champions. This quote also talks to me a lot. Especially as a climber. Some of the biggest lessons climbing has taught me came from the moments I wanted to give up. Falling off the same move 10 times, doubting yourself halfway up the wall, feeling frustrated… then coming back and trying again anyway.
