I've got a completely random question to ask. Is there anyone who played videogames before primal - and then after going primal, continued to play videogames? If so, did you notice what videogames did you play after switching to primal, like if you got bored of a certain style of games and started liking other style more, and did you notice if your skills at it get better, or your ability to not get frustrated with them? If you started to wear blue light blocking glasses at some point and play videogames, the same question? I barely play videogames anymore, but before primal I played Hotline Miami 1 and 2, and Katana ZERO all of the time again and again, after wearing blue blockers and eating primal, I barely got time for it, but sometimes played Spore, but recently, having got access to a computer now, I started playing "Nuclear Throne" a lot, which is a very fast and difficult game, and I noticed that I became much better at it in very short amount of time, compared to the time I spent playing it before primal and blue blockers. Yeah, ultra weird question, Im aware most health practicioners don't really play videogames.
