Newbie Here! 👋🏻
I am a BRAND NEW NEWBIE pep researcher! 🥼🧪💉 I am very anxiously awaiting my first R€TA and supplies delivery in the mail this afternoon. Somebody tell me I’ll be okay… 💉🥹😭 will be a first time ever in life poke! Planning low and slow to curb my anxiety (mostly this) and minimize side effects. I was thinking even 0.25 for a week or two… or do you guys think it’s fine starting at 0.5? I’ve done A TON of researching and reading the trial published articles, etc. Then of course saw a couple horror stories about palpitations or other awful GI related experiences on YouTube and Reddit that seem to not be aligned with the study dosing side effects profile so I assume there is much more to those stories (stacks, higher dosages, bad decisions with food/alcohol, etc.) My biggest concern is cardiac, mostly because of my anxiety I’m already super sensitive to the slightest flutter/palpitation or heavy beats. (Though this hasn’t stopped me from vaping or downing coffee or Alani/Celsius like it’s my job. 🤦🏻‍♀️) I’m cutting all energy drinks on Reta and will stick to one morning cup of coffee and trying to stay super hydrated moving forward, FYI. All lab work is great except slightly high cholesterol. It’s just something about non-FDA approved (which I know FDA is corrupt AF and Big Pharma is out for themselves to make $$ so this intellectually I know means nothing) overseas materials (I’ve done the research on COAs and third party lab and understand the company I used is one of the ones that is legit 🙌🏻) and needles in my body administered by myself…. lol. 40 year old woman with about 40ish lbs to lose, 5 years post gastric sleeve in 2021 regain. 😓 No other health concerns only anxiety. If you’ve read this far thank you and I’m sorry… a bit EXTRA, I know. 😮‍💨😵‍💫 Any recommendations, support and encouragement are GREATLY appreciated! 🤗

Hi Terri. After researching for months my kit arrived this week and I took my first Reta dose today! I watched several videos on reconstitution and dosing and administration and felt well prepared. I too started at a 0.25mg dose. I had extreme fatigue on the lowest dose Zepbound pen so I’m hoping the microdose approach works for me. I also have severe needle/shot anxiety and am hypersensitive to my benign PVCs/PACs. Zepbound made them increase but I’m hoping Reta will be different. I also took a tiny dose of Xanax before loading and administering my shot while on FaceTime with my mother (retired RN). I needed the support to get through the first shot. It’s been 3 hours and I’m very hopeful. You’ve got this!
