Cravings
I struggle with cravings, and always wanting more food, denser fattier foods. But i eat more than enough and my stomach is extended. Tonight i had a huge salad with 2 whole avocados and i want more. Iโ€™m afraid to buy a bag of nuts or a jar of nut butter because i can eat the whole thing at once. Itโ€™s not about adjusting, Iโ€™ve been high raw for years, had this problem before too. So i feel like itโ€™s emotional. Just wondering if anyone has advice?

Wednesday meals
Green juice - apple, kale, beet, carrot, cucumber 1st meal - 2 red pears 2nd meal - bananas and blueberries topped with banana, mango, and spinach. 3rd meal - veggie soup with avocado โ€œtoastโ€ with kimchi on top. Toast made of sunflower seeds, flax seeds, tomatoes, agave nectar, Celtic sea salt with pizza/Italian seasoning. All raw and organic. *not a fan of agave but thatโ€™s how they make them. Only a couple days in and i already feel better. The green juices give me wonderful grounded energy! I feel less bloated than when i just snacked on fruit all day long haha. I really like this formula of eating! the giant salad with the delicious dressings are probably my favorite. Thank you!

I lovve cucumber noodles. I think cucumbers taste better noodled ๐Ÿ˜† added some sprouts and greens and a tahini dressing. But i need better ideas and better dressings

Hello! My name is Stella, I live in New Orleans, Louisiana. My top 3 fruitsโ€ฆso hard to pick! But Iโ€™ll say mango, watermelon, and banana. My health goal is to have more energy and no more bloating. My fitness goal is just to start working out ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ and i want to reduce my waist. My biggest challenge is fighting laziness picking quick snack meals instead of preparing something delicious and nutritious. Iโ€™m always bloated and never satisfied ๐Ÿ˜ฉ i want to get better!
