The easiest thing is to message support@mastering.com and we can help change your billing info or cancel. If you want to do it yourself, depending on where you joined, there are two places you will need to go. If you joined via the Mastering.com website or through a free trial, login and click “Manage Membership & Billing” on this page: courses.mastering.com/settings
