The work will be done in breakout rooms, and you can choose to practise telepathy only, such as sending and receiving images with another person. This is a safe and gentle way to build confidence and connection. For those who feel ready to take a step into mediumship, you may bring an item that belonged to a loved one you would like to receive messages about. This is optional and only to support and enhance the connection. To keep the space energetically clean and clear, especially for this session, please avoid alcohol or any other substances that affect the nervous system for 24 hours before the live. Please join with an open heart and without pressure. You are always free to practise only telepathy if that feels right for you.
