First AI OS Client Inbound!
Just pitched the AI OS concept to a Horse Company and they're all for it! Already know what the complete project will be about after talking to the CEO. (Automations, Website, Horse inventory). Finished: First discovery call where we identified the business and needs. Next step: First workshop where we immediately show value using AI OS! Any feedback, suggestions, ... always welcome :)
What If Personal AI Optimized Your Energy Instead of Your Calendar?
Today's AI is great at ORGANIZING: 📅 Calendars ✅ Tasks 📧 Emails 📄 Documents But it knows almost nothing about HOW YOU PERFORM. Imagine an assistant that recognizes: 🌅 You're most creative in the morning. 🧠 Your best deep work happens before meetings. 🧩 It notices that frequent context switching quietly erodes your decision quality. ⚡ It learns when you're mentally drained, and automatically protects that time instead of filling it. INSTEAD of simply finding an OPEN-TIME slot... It PROTECTS your HIGHEST-VALUE hours. It schedules work based not just on availability, but on COGNITIVE READINESS. That feels like a fundamentally different role. Maybe the future of personal AI isn't optimizing calendars... Maybe it's optimizing HUMAN ENERGY. Or perhaps an even bigger shift is this: Maybe the next generation of AI won't be measured by how many tasks it completes... ...but by how much of your best thinking it protects. Curious how others think about this💡 If your assistant understood your energy patterns, what would you want it to optimize first?

Really like this idea. This agent should take into account how energy levels work in most human beings and is able to adapt more specifically towards a specific users habits (caffeïne habits, sugar consumption habits, optimal productivity hours it finds over time, ...) Strong idea, especially for people having difficulty managing their energy levels and productivity output.

@Nigel Vargas When you mention what you feel and what's going on, AI can definitely help, if needed, yeah ;) I use AI as my guide like this all the time.
‼️First cold outreach call to offer a website‼️
It’s also my first time posting myself here, I would have prefered if i had a fresh haircut when i took this video 😅😅 Anyways, this was my first phone cold outreach i had today, and thought it was worth sharing to see how you would have handled that differently, would you have done the same or pushed a bit when he said he wasnt interested? Let me know what you think! Although he isnt interested, im posting it as a win because it takes some courage to deal with rejections

[Day 3] Skills building #AISChallenge
Completed this lesson and created my first skill. 😊 I think i still need to get my head around what to turn into skills, but the exercise was pretty straight forward and had no issues this time. A reflection i had was realizing each lesson does take me at least 2h with iterations even though i thought i could get through it quicker lol. Below is the final product of the skill. I have a T-Mobile family plan with 5 other friends where I pay the bill so each month I need to reconcile who owes what with excel. I told Claude the steps, added my excel file to the project folder and when i dropped this month's bill into the chat, it generated a png screenshot i was able to use to send to the group chat with what everyone owes for the month.

#AISChallenge day 1 newsletter
so i built a newsletter for a market research for tourism and how ai automations can help. wasnt able too use firecrawl so it kinda did some errors however it was pretty good. i kinda under estimate claudes abilities too much and target for stuff that is more simpler but i later realized claude can do almost anything with the promt. i guess for me to improve is minimising tokens and writing better prompts, when i am sending msgs i get worried because i dont want to hit my limits. in addition i feel like i should plan a lil more when i do these
