Thanks Max! I’ve been using an earlier version of this doc (thanks a million for creating it 🙏) and one think that I’ve been trying to do is to use it when I already have something ready but needs an upgrade. My initial attempt was to replicate all that’s already in a coda doc and then upgrade it. What I realized is that when I’ve been through the effort to create zillions of tables and the relations it was kind of daunting task just to upgrade the logic. Then, my next idea was to use some of the community available tools that can already recreate the structure of my coda doc and by asking a Coda AI to recreate it in your doc - didn’t quite succeed here. What I mean is that this might be a nice upgrade to the concept for all who have already “rushed” into building but still need to upgrade or rethink their processes and system logic :)

PS: See you’ve upgraded the doc and since I am about to start a fresh business model for a cosmetics startup, I am definitely interested to put it into practice if available 🙏
AI Vibe Maker Pack <Beta-Test>
An AI agent for building coda workflows from English* prompts. From inside a your Coda document you will be able to: - Provide a description of a workflow in English* - Generate a Coda doc implementation of that workflow - Include RAG AI Agents (in native Coda) if required The production version will use the Superhuman Go Agent Builder SDK when that is generally available. This experimental version requires access to a Github account, an OpenAI API account, and the Coda MCP Beta-test server, alas. Other limitations, for now, are the inability of the Coda MCP server to generate buttons or automations.(For which we have a workaround, using the CFL Actions Compiler we built for our Visual Basic pack some years ago.) The pack will also allow one Coda document to create or modify other Coda documents using just CFL formulas. It will also generate Superhuman Go Agent SDK pack code so we can create Grammarly-like agents using English* prompts. Members of the current Coda MCP Server beta-test program might like to volunteer to help us test this pack? You can sign up via the Coda form here. Very useful! Thank you, Max. This is the kind of look at using AI that is most useful for almost all my cases.
Greetings & Welcome
I created this Skool Community for Business Managers, Spreadsheet Whiz-kids, and Nocode Makers who (like me) want to learn how to use AI AGENTS to automate Business Process Workflows. Over the rest of this month (December 2025) I will be posting tutorials on what I have learned. Having delivered several AI Agentic Workflow automations to my clients over the last 2 years, I have gathered all I learned into a Step-By-Step Framework for creating AI Agents with no programming. I have taught this AI Framework to several clients who had no IT background at all, and they went on to deliver AI Agentic Workflows to their business teams that generated amazing ROI and performance improvements. The key skills that are needed for this are: 1. Business Process Management - how to create and deploy SOPs (Standard Operating Processes) 2. Automate those SOPs using Spreadsheets and/or No-Code tools (Notion, Airtable, Coda, Power-Apps) 3. Gather and curate the Knowledge Docs needed to train people and AI Agents to execute the SOPs 4. Build and deploy AI Agents within those workflows using only Spreadsheet/No-Code formulas Please introduce yourself here to the group. Respect Max O'Brien

Hi @Max O'Brien Thank you for starting this community. It fascinating how much you give to all of us with your experience and equally creative approach to using existing technologies. My background is in business innovations. With all my ventures and startups I’ve never felt like an entrepreneur who strives for massive scale or unicorn revenues. I’ve always tried to provide an innovative approach to existing problems which happen to generate money for even more innovative solutions. Thank you for being such an inspiration!

@Max O'Brien Can imagine that it’s not easy to sit on the couch when there is so much more life to live - knowing a bit about yourself and the island you live on :) My latest exit was a couple of years ago (a tiny one). It looked tempting at first to spend my days on Paros or Hydra but survived only a couple of months before (re-)starting my advisory role in businesses. Now being part of 5 - mostly leading the innovation development. It’s just more satisfying. Would be nice to know more about your existing ventures
