What's the importance of healing and having a proper closure?!
The importance of healing and attaining proper closure, is that unresolved emotional experiences don’t simply disappear—they continue to influence our subconscious patterns, relationships, finances, health, health issues, perceptions, and decisions until they are consciously addressed. An unfinished file continues to demand our attention until it is completed. In much the same way, unresolved emotional experiences remain active within the subconscious mind until they are acknowledged, processed, healed, and brought to a peaceful closure. Emotional healing is the process of closing those files so they no longer unconsciously influence the way we think, feel, choose, relate to others, or experience life. As those emotional files are brought to completion, we create space for greater peace, clarity, emotional freedom, greater health, and a deeper alignment with our authentic self. Healing is not about changing the past; it is about the awareness, healing of it, being at peace with, no longer haunted by the past, and thus awakening one's proper destiny while being in alignment in one's own truth, and Soul. Closure does not erase what happened—it releases the emotional charge that keeps the past influencing the present.

One of the hardest things to embrace is RECEIVE (Class. Ed.)
Concerned the adult children you raised and the grandchildren you marvel at don't see you the way you see yourself? What about the co-workers who know less yet go furthest? Feeling shunned or ignored can be the result of caregiving --or giving a damn-- gone amok. Giving until your heart bleeds for some kind of acknowledgment obviously means there's an open wound. TAKE THIS--> How about pouring into that wound a bundle of ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Zoom hearts ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️--like the well of feelings that rise up when you watch your favorite sentimental movie? RIGHT NOW--> Take a breath and just RECEIVE the hearts ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ that are now free-floating in these words, looking for a home in an opening that only you know is there. 💟 With a more filled, high-heart (thymus) area, and without feedback, affirmation and/or confirmation from anyone, you can easily: 🎣 Indulge in a hobby you promised yourself, like going fishing or taking a painting class. 🗣️ Learn more about that language that has always fascinated you. Travel books are great reads! 👋🏽 If things have just shifted, join a group to volunteer the "extra time on your hands" 😎 Step into a newly opened shop in the neighborhood --doesn't matter what it is-- just out of curiosity, to see what life is offering....and receive it. It's very hard for givers to receive, as the old saying goes. MINDSET SOLUTION--> When you see yourself as a living Work of Art, however, smelling real roses and gardenias at a real florist or nursery may be all that's needed to receive and LOVE YOURSELF MORE. ...This is the spirit in which my WORK OF A.R.T. system is offered. It's about embracing Aromas, Reiki, and Tapping as an adventure for the health-seeking part of you, based on my 20 years of practice and service. Don't let your unique Self remain unrecognized for another moment. RECEIVE--> And discover new holistic health approaches in the Classroom, and join Self-Healing Caregiver Leaders while we're still a free community exploring ways to avoid burnout and breakdown.

A relevant and great statement, Niamo Muid! It changed for me the moment I unplugged and deleted the negative emotions that I had buried for many years, and took ownership and personal responsibility for my life, self-love, and ability to receive for myself!
I'm looking to collaborate with someone on a workshop.
One thing I've learned over the years is that some of the most powerful conversations happen when different perspectives come together. My work focuses on nervous system regulation, leadership, trauma-informed growth, capacity, burnout prevention, and helping people lead from a place that doesn't cost them everything. I'd love to partner with someone whose expertise complements this work. Some areas that could create a great conversation: • Leadership and communication • Business growth without burnout • Mental wellness and resilience • Boundaries and self-leadership • Team culture and psychological safety • Trauma-informed workplaces • Health, wellness, and sustainable success • Community building and connection I'm open to live workshops, trainings, community events, podcasts, or collaborative masterclasses. If you've been thinking about creating something meaningful together, send me a message or drop a comment below and tell me: - What do you teach? - Who do you serve? - What topic would make a powerful workshop for both of our communities? Let's create something that genuinely helps people move forward.

Hi @Lisa Adams, Your work around nervous system regulation, trauma-informed growth, burnout prevention, and sustainable leadership deeply resonates with me. Through Emotional Soul Healing, I support individuals in increasing emotional awareness, healing unresolved emotional patterns, strengthening their inner foundation, and reconnecting with their authentic selves through greater personal responsibility and conscious growth. Much of my work focuses on assisting others with identifying and releasing the emotional burdens stemming from childhood experiences, family dynamics, cultural conditioning, and life transitions that often contribute to burnout, overwhelm, disconnection, and chronic stress. I primarily serve individuals navigating significant life transitions, burnout, emotional exhaustion, personal growth, Soul alignment, and those seeking greater meaning, purpose, and alignment in their lives. A workshop that could be powerful for both of our communities might be: "The Emotional Cost of Success: Preventing Burnout Through Emotional Awareness, Nervous System Regulation, and Inner Foundation Work." Other possible topics include: • Burnout, Boundaries & Emotional Resilience • Leading Without Losing Yourself: Sustainable Success from the Inside Out • The Hidden Emotional Drivers Behind Burnout and Overachievement • Healing the Inner Foundation: From Survival to Sustainable Leadership I would love to explore a conversation further and see if there is alignment for a collaborative workshop, podcast, or community event. You're welcome, @Mimi Ramsey 💚🙏 To me, a Peaceful Soul Closure refers to experiencing, completing, healing, and learning from the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual lessons that the Soul intended to experience through its volunteered human Soul ambassador throughout this lifetime. Being that we are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience on behalf of the Soul, many of life's greatest lessons often emerge through family dynamics, childhood experiences, cultural conditioning, religious influences, relationships, and the emotional challenges we encounter along the way. Throughout life, we accumulate emotional burdens, unresolved experiences, fears, hurts, resentments, guilt, shame, and limiting beliefs. For me, attaining a Peaceful Soul Closure means becoming aware of these emotional patterns and taking personal responsibility for the healing process. It involves freeing both ourselves and the Soul through awareness, accountability, healing, and the actions we take to embody positive change. 💚 Becoming aware of what no longer serves us. 💚 Healing unresolved emotional wounds and entanglements. 💚 Releasing the emotional weight of the past. 💚 Taking accountability and personal responsibility for our growth. 💚 Reconnecting with our authentic selves and the wisdom of the Soul. One of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves and our Soul is the willingness to free ourselves from the emotional burdens of the past and move forward with greater awareness, compassion, authenticity, and peace. 💚🙏✨ One of the major reasons for showing up in this earthly realm is to experience the full spectrum of human emotions, become aware of what requires healing, learn the lessons, and take the necessary action to create positive change for ourselves and on behalf of the Soul.
My mindset was growing faster than my income model.
I built a free Skool community for people who love personal development but are tired of inspiration that goes nowhere. I have studied Bob Proctor, abundance, mindset, manifestation, leadership, and personal growth for years. I believe in all of it. But at some point I had to tell myself the truth: my mindset was growing faster than my income model. That is the part nobody wants to say out loud. You can become more conscious, more disciplined, more grateful, more spiritually aligned, and more ambitious, and still be trapped in a structure that was never designed to make you free. That is why I created The Prosperity Ascent. It is for people who already believe in growth and are ready to look at a real business path in the personal development space. Inside the community, start with the free course: Find Your Freedom Vehicle. It is not a giant course and it is not meant to overwhelm you. It is meant to help you decide whether this is worth a real conversation. Join here: https://www.skool.com/the-prosperity-ascent-lab-7188/about
