Since approximately 2012, with the Universal transition toward 5D consciousness and the energetic integration taking place within Mother Gaia, my spiritual framework recognizes the emergence of additional, softer Master Number vibrations. These newer Master Numbers complement the traditional, more demanding Master Numbers of 11/2, 22/4, 33/6, and 44/8. One of these softer Master Numbers is 10/1. What Is the 10/1 Vibration? Before mastering any higher vibration, particularly a Master Number, I believe it is imperative to first acknowledge, address, and master the foundational vibrations associated with it. Self-mastery begins with the foundational energies. Within the 10/1 vibration, we begin by examining the individual energies of 1 and 0, followed by their combined influence as 10/1. Who are you beneath all of it? This is a question I have returned to throughout my own life and healing journey. Who was the me before so much of the outside world became attached to me? Who was the untampered version of myself before the lived human emotional experiences? Who was there beneath the expectations—many of them unrealistic? Beneath the emotional conditioning? Beneath the roles I learned to play, inherit, and mask? Beneath the emotional experiences that gradually shaped how I viewed myself, other people, relationships, money, success, failure, belonging, worthiness, and life itself? And perhaps even deeper: Who was I prior to many of the interferences? We Begin Absorbing Before We Can Explain From conception through our earliest years of life, we enter an environment already in motion. We are surrounded by people, relationships, emotions, expectations, beliefs, behaviours, family patterns, cultural influences, financial circumstances, and ways of experiencing the world. It can trigger a feeling, a suppressed emotion, an old resentment, or something much deeper that is asking to be addressed. For me, the answer to this question begins with one thing: Awareness. Deep down, most of us would rather not continue carrying the resentment, frustration, anger, bitterness, or emotional friction associated with a difficult conversation. Yet the conversation ends; we walk away—and hours later, we may still be having it. Only now, the other person is no longer there. They may be out living their life—playing golf, at work, elsewhere in the house, travelling, or simply moving forward with their day. Meanwhile, we replay the conversation internally: “Why didn’t I say it this way?” “Why didn’t I respond differently?” “I should have said this.” “Why did they say that?” The physical conversation may have ended twenty minutes ago, yet emotionally, we are still participating in it. We are the ones still carrying the conversation. And this is where something much more important begins. The Conversation May Only Be the Trigger Rather than immediately focusing on what the other person said or did, I begin asking different questions: Where is this feeling coming from? What was actually triggered within me? Where was the initial boiling point? That changes the direction of the experience. Rather than remaining entirely focused on the other person, awareness begins moving inward. The difficult conversation may appear to be the culprit. Yet the conversation itself may only have activated something that was already there. That distinction matters. The person standing in front of us may have participated in the present experience, yet they are not

It represents the emotional, energetic and earthly foundation upon which we build our sense of safety, stability, belonging, worthiness, security and our place within the physical world. Within my spiritual and Emotional Soul Healing™ framework, humanity has carried profound experiences through many lifetimes. The Base Chakra can become deeply affected, disrupted or corrupted through the physical and emotional experiences of this lifetime, as well as through ancestral patterns, conditioning and energetic imprints carried forward through generations. This is significant because the Base Chakra is fundamental to the entire energetic foundation. Much like the foundation beneath a physical structure, when the Base Chakra becomes unstable or collapses, everything built upon that foundation can also be affected. When the foundation is solid, however, something very different becomes possible. A layer at a time. A step at a time. A new foundation begins to form. As each new layer is integrated upon a stronger inner platform, greater stability, consistency and structure can develop. What was once fragmented can gradually become strengthened, creating a more solid foundation upon which the rest of the energetic system—and our human experience—can continue to build. This process becomes especially significant as we integrate with new consciousness and the emerging 5D energies: releasing what no longer belongs within the foundation while creating space for a different way of being, receiving and experiencing life.
