In my channel i am doing this thing that ronaldo is drinking something from 4 glasses and we have to find from which glass he is drinking and i am changing the the bg location every 3-4 streams i am doing 3 streams a day and getting views so will there be any problem in monetization or should i change the pattern (i dont use any music)

I wouldn't do more then one stream a day. Just stream for 8 hours straight per day
