Why did I Choose Bravenly?
I chose Bravenly because I wanted to feel better. The products came first—the business came later. 💚🌿 I was drawn to the naturopathic doctor formulated products, but my own experience is what made me want to share them. In May 2026, I started with Rush and Ignite. I needed more energy—and I needed it to last. I was relying on an Alani every day, yet crashing by 2 p.m., feeling shaky, irritable, and completely drained. Since making the switch, I’ve honestly felt so much better. My energy lasts, I feel calmer and more focused, and I can make it past 9 p.m. without struggling to stay awake. As a mom, having more left to give at the end of the day means everything. 🫶 I didn’t take intentional “before” photos. I wasn’t thinking about sharing a transformation—I was just hoping to feel better. The first photo is from December 2025. When I look at it, I remember feeling exhausted, bloated, inflamed, and burnt out before the day was even over. I didn’t want to be in pictures. I was giving everyone my all while slowly accepting that feeling depleted was just part of being a mom. The second photo is from September 2026, after I started being more intentional about taking care of myself. What I notice most is how differently I feel: more motivated, more confident getting in the photo, and better able to manage everyday life. ✨ I chose to start Bravenly because these products became something I personally loved using. Sharing them came naturally because I wanted other moms to hear about these incredible products —and know they deserve to make time for themselves, too. The more I learned about what Bravenly offers its Brand Partners, the more building with them felt like a no-brainer. I love that I get to do this at my own pace, fitting it into my life as a mom, wife, and full-time YSW—while earning extra income and sharing something that has made a difference not only for me but so many other people🙌 This is my experience, and everyone’s results will be different—but for me, taking that leap of faith and making myself and health a priority again has been completely worth it.🫶

This is so exciting, seeing these results, it's clear to see why Bravenly is growing so fast. It's great to have a product that doesn't need to be "sold" when people can see these transformations in you, conversations naturally happen.
Torn Meniscus… Is Surgery Really My Only Option? 🦵
I could really use some advice and personal experiences! I've been dealing with knee pain and limited mobility for about 4–5 months now. An MRI confirmed a torn meniscus, and after meeting with my orthopedic doctor this morning, he's recommending arthroscopic surgery. He described the tear as being like a hangnail inside my knee that needs to be trimmed off. He feels strongly that it won't heal on its own and that leaving it untreated could cause much bigger problems over the next 10 years. Here's where I'm struggling… I'm honestly scared of surgery, and I've always preferred a more natural approach to supporting my body's ability to heal. I absolutely appreciate modern medicine, but I also believe our bodies are capable of some pretty incredible things. So I'd LOVE to hear from anyone who has dealt with this! - Did you have surgery, or were you able to avoid it? - Has anyone had success with physical therapy or other conservative treatments? - If you had surgery, what was recovery really like? - Did surgery help long-term, or do you wish you'd tried something different? I've already spent months limiting my activities, and I certainly don't want to make things worse by waiting. I'm not looking to ignore my doctor's advice. I just want to educate myself and hear real experiences before making a decision. If you've been through this, please share! I'm all ears! ❤️

Ooh, that;s where the meniscus is! Pesky meniscus! That's a mouthful. I'm also curious to know what other options exist. I have a friend that recently had a knee op and he's fully recovered after a few weeks and he was suffering with 6 months of pain prior due to an injury. The incision was tiny and it worked but I'd love to know more about the other elective options @Allison Natoli

So happy to be here. 👋😁 My strengths are in showing you that business doesn't have to be scary, expensive or complicated. It's just about genuinly helping people. Whether it's helping someone to concentrate more, sleep better, have better skin and be healthier, or helping someone to build an ethical income around their lifestyle, it's clear that Bravenly shares these values and I'm proud to be part of that.

@Heather Boers Can't get enough of @Heather Boers energy!
You Don't Have to “Earn” Rest ❤️
Healthy isn't only what you eat or how hard you work out. Rest matters too. Going to bed earlier isn't lazy. Taking a walk instead of crushing a workout isn't failing. Sometimes taking care of yourself looks really boring. 😂 Which do you need MORE of right now: SLEEP or MOVEMENT? Drop one below. ⬇️

Yes! It took me years to learn this. I personally think the "norm" is out of balance. I aim to spend at least 50% on both. Play too. Making time to play is equally as important in my opinion. Last night my daughter and I started a game of chess 20 minutes before bedtime, even though I knew it would overrun. I had about 30 minutes of work to finish, and it would have been easy to say no, but we enjoyed a lovely game, she did the bedtime routine and went to sleep quicker as a result, and I had plenty of time to do my work afterwards.
