After a two week long rut due to starting school again after summer break that shook my shedule I decided to create a evening schedule (with Notion) which is where most of my time go to waste because I was tired and did not know what to do, making a simple plan made me 10x more productive because now I actually know what to do every evening and surprisingly I dont fall back to my old habits due to me having a schedule every evening and not simply saing "I am tired, lets que a game of (insert game)", which later I realzied playing games dosent even relax you. Hopefully this helps someone and makes you relazie that not only is planning your morning and day important but also your evening.
