Welcome! Who are you?
You made it. Welcome to Skool Growth with Carolina! 👑 I'm Carolina — digital marketer for 20+ years, astrologer, and the person who hit #44 in Skool rankings within 20 days of launching. No paid ads, no fake urgency and no cold DM grind. What's the trick? Community, business strategy and for the woo peeps, cosmic timing too. I teach you the two former items in this space. This community exists for one reason: to help you build a Skool community that grows, engages, and pays you. Without having to market like a bro to do it. Here's where to start 👇 1. Head to the Classroom Start with Is Skool Right For You? — it'll save you from building the wrong thing. Then grab Skool SEO Basics once you hit Level 2. Both are free. 2. Show up in the feed -->> This isn't a course platform you log into once and forget. The people here are building in real time. Engage, ask questions, share wins. That's where the good stuff happens. 3. Come to Coffee Hour ---> Every week, we gather for real talk about what's working, what isn't, and what we're figuring out together. Check the Calendar tab for the next one. 🎯 One thing I want you to know: Everything I teach here, I've either done in my own communities OR have researched the f'ed out of it and gathered the winning gems for you. You're learning the system I'm actively running and I share the receipts. Now scroll down and drop your intro. I read every single one. 👇 💬 YOUR INTRO PROMPT Post below or start a new post Tell us who you are. 👇 Drop a reply with: 🙋 Your name + where you're based 🛠️ What kind of community you're building (or thinking about building — totally fine if it's still an idea) 🔥 The #1 thing you want to figure out in the next 30 days No need to have it all together. Half the people in here are mid-build and figuring it out as they go. That's exactly the right place to be.

@Jude Hill --- It will help those with young kiddos yes but I also plan to build out some of the transition resources as well in addition to legacy planning so it could be good for families at different stages. I would love for you to join us.

Featuring Your Skool Here👇
I'm opening up this thread for all Skoolers who have a Skool ready for traffic!! I'm doing weekly Skool roundups featuring upcoming and top Skools by category. ALL categories, and that includes yours too. To play: - Drop your Skool link (I may join for an affiliate link, even if it's not turned on, I can get a specific url) - small blurb about your community, along with audience - ➡️➡️ You must join one other Skool from this list, and SUPPORT THEM. Cheer them on. Participate in their threads... people need other people in communities. Let's go!!!

I am still building mine out but would love to be included. Special Needs Support Hub. A supportive space for parents of children with special needs to access curated resources, gain clarity, and stop spending hours searching for answers. In this community, we will focus on four main areas: -Mindset & Systems- Create a clear vision, feel in control, explore values and implement simple systems for daily life. -Finances- Become clear on where your money goes, reduce stress and build a plan that supports your family’s future. -Education- Understand the system, terminology and next steps for their child. -Resources- Quickly find and access the right tools and support without wasting time searching or wondering if it is evidence-based. https://www.skool.com/special-needs-support-hub-7823/about

@Ronda Del Boccio --- Thank you for sharing that. Accessibility is something I am very cognizant of. I read that Skool is not that accessible. Is there a particular tool you use to increase accessibility online?
What Are Skool Levels?
Inside Skool, there's an entire world centered around gamification and community rewards... it's called Leveling Up, aka Leaderboard and Levels. You as a community owner determine what each level is named, but not how many points it takes to reach each level. The point system is a platform wide feature, and can be used strategically to motivate, encourage, and reward your members. How does one get to level to level? By engaging. Per Skool: Points are earned when others like your posts, comments, and replies. 1 like = 1 point for the post or comment author. And, here are the number of points required to reach a certain level. Level 1 - 0 points Level 2 - 5 points Level 3 - 20 points Level 4 - 65 points Level 5 - 155 points Level 6 - 515 points Level 7 - 2,015 points Level 8 - 8,015 points Level 9 - 33,015 points Note, how we all start Level 1, even the community owner. No one gets a free ride. We all get the same chance to "compete" and reach new levels. How are you using levels to drive engagement and visibility in your community? Do you need help with the Level names?

I know you named your levels fun things. I don't see a place to do that. Is that a pro feature?

I actually answered my own question. For those who were also curious, you actually have to do it from the Leaderboard tab in your own group and you can have the hobby plan.
Who are you calling in?
Let's all get leveled up friends ... remember the higher the levels, the more you unlock! Comment below using this prompt: What type of Skool do you wish to build, and who do you want to call in?

@Danielle Felicissimo -There may be a way for us to collaborate. Let me know if you want to set up a time to meet.
Capturing information from membership questions
You may have said it but I missed it. Is there a way to capture the information from your questions that someone fills out to join the group? Can you go back and look at their answers?
