🎨 “What’s Taking Up Space?”
This week, I want you to slow down, grab whatever you’ve got nearby (pencils, paints, textas, literally the back of an envelope, some old bits and bobs), and create a piece that represents: What’s taking up space in your mind or body right now. There’s no right or wrong. No neat edges needed. Just colours, shapes, textures, or scribbles. You might draw or make: ✨ a storm cloud ✨ a tangled line ✨ a bright sunrise ✨ overlapping shapes ✨ a wide open space ✨ or just messy colour that feels like “you today” When you’re done, take a breath. Notice how your body feels. Then share it in the feed if you feel comfortable, not for critique, but for connection. 🤍 Take some time to write down what you say or think during this process, feel free to share this or keep it private. It’s completely up to you Stace xx

🎨 “What’s Taking Up Space?”
🎨 Welcome to the Creative Healing Space 🤍
Hey everyone, I’m Stacey! And I’m so bloody excited to have you here! If you’re new to my world, I’m an artist, soon-to-be art therapist, cattle-station worker, business girlie, Leo-at-heart, believer in ghosts, and someone who has learned (the hard way) that creativity is one of the most powerful ways to come back to yourself. Over the last few years I’ve travelled Australia with my fiancé and my two old dogs Lacey and Jax, rebuilt my confidence, changed my entire lifestyle, and learned just how connected our mental, emotional, and physical health really are. Art has carried me through every version of myself, the burnt-out teacher, the girl who felt replaceable at work, the anxious, overwhelmed mess, and the person who finally remembered who she actually is. And now… we get to do this together. 🌿 What this community is about This space is for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves through creativity, without pressure, without perfection, and without needing a single “art skill” to join in. Here you’ll find: ✨ Weekly art therapy prompts ✨ Creative expressions ✨ Space to share your work (if you want to) ✨ Workshops, chats, and tools that actually help you feel grounded again ✨ A community that gets it — the highs, the lows, and the weird in-betweens 💛 What I want for you To feel safe. To feel seen. To remember your power. To laugh, to play, to make a mess, to learn something about yourself, and to realise you’re not doing life alone. 🌙 Your first gentle task Introduce yourself in the comments with: - Your name - Where you’re from - One thing you’re hoping to get from this community - And your favourite creative outlet (even if it’s colouring-in books or rearranging your kitchen like it’s art) I’m so grateful you’re here. Let’s create, heal, and grow together. 🤍🌿 Stacey xx
