Day 3 AgentZero Build, First Experience.
I am on day three of utilizing AgentZero to help me grow my business. I have it building a database in one chat and while I wait I was watching the latest A0 video tutorial in AI Profit Boardroom. I heard Julian say "You can run multiple chats in AgentZero, you can't do that in Openclaw"... I immediately opened a new chat and gave A0 a simple prompt and a little bit of info about my Business (a tiny bit). And said "Zero, build me a business website". While it was doing so, I went and purchased a new (short) domain for the LLC. And handed it off to Zero. Zero chose Cloudflare and I started a free account and got an API key and added a few permissions. Gave Zero my cloudflare ID and API Key. Zero set up hosting (also Free) with SSL Security (Free). I headed over to the registrar where i purchased the domain (I never host a domain with the same company that I purchase the domain from), and redirected the DNS and... We are live. Check out my Free business website. Keep in mind. This is one prompt. I haven't changed anything yet (I will). I'll tweak it a bit over the next few days. But this is crazy. We are fully functional... I'm calling this a win๐Ÿ† https://srcm-llc.com

I am currently running Claude Sonnet 4.6 as AgentZero (main/Base) and 2 Sub-agents that are both running on Claude Haiku... I have Playwright connected and I believe that is it so far (Openrouter). I pretty much finished the website tonight (no social media connected yet). There are a couple things that i have to change. But its pretty much finished. I am also pretty close to done extracting data for the first part of my project. Which is just about ready. I will set up my Google workspace, analytics and on-site social connections) But it's fully functional. Between the Database and the website it cost me roughly $50 USD worth of Tokens. Not bad for a good looking website and a really good vector database (Supabase). https://srcm-llc.com

COMPLETED MY FIRST PROJECT USING AGENTZERO
I finished the website I started a few days ago using AgentZero. I learned a few things about Zero in the process. First off, I didn't start using Zero to build a site. I was building a database and while Zero was conducting tasks I tuned into a tutorial in AI Profit Boardroom (Skool community) and I heard Julian (founder of that group) say that A0 could multi-task in multiple chats at the same time. So I opened a new chat and gave it a command to build me a website. It asked me a few simple questions about the site design and the info that I wanted on-site and off it went. The site was like 75-80% done based on that first prompt. I have been tweaking ever since. Yesterday I was becoming very frustrated with the tool, as the closer that I got to completing the project, the less AgentZero wanted to comply with the prompts that I was giving it. And I'm talking simple stuff like... Change the text in the About section element/Box on the right side of the page to ABC-XYZ... Zero would run off and change the damn design, or something that had nothing to do with the simple command that I gave it. I got pissed off and called it a night (tomorrow's another day)! Today before I got on I had a comprehensive strategy session with Chat GPT 5.2 (Plus Sub) And we formulated (we...) a few prompts, to create a Master web development Sub-Agent. And 5 more sub-agents (sub-sub-agents) that specialize in carrying out very specific tasks related to web development. And it worked out like a charm. I've been playing with this thing for the past couple hours and it is as close to perfect as I've seen. This thing is pretty awesome. I tell it to do something and it does it, no problem. Night and day difference from close of day , yesterday. The site is pretty much done. At least for now. And now I can focus on the Database and get that done here shortly. AgentZero is a great tool and I'm having a lot of fun becoming acquainted with it. Thank you to the Developers of AgentZero, I am very impressed with the results...

@Wagner dos Santos The superior agent is the root orchestration layer (Agent Zero). All sub-agents are scoped workers under its control. In essence any sub-agents that were created specific to the web-dev. task are sub agents with explicit instruction. Agent Zero oversees them all
Hello
Hi, I joined this group because I really want to learn how to use AgentZero properly. I just downloaded it into docker. Thw file is 10GB. That seems excessive. In the video tutorial, the file is 4.53GB. It stopped d.loading the first attempt after like 20min. Failed. I d.loaded again in less than 3 min. Is 10GB correct?

@Chris Yuen I ran docker pull for the Agent Zero image and when I checked with docker images, it showed, 10GB on disk. The 4.53GB from the tutorial might be the compressed download size. I'm new to Docker so I may be misunderstanding the difference.
Best LLMs for each agent
Hi everyone, I'm a new joiner and not very good at tech... But I found Agent Zero as the best option to be able to execute my tech ideas! For those experts, what are the best models in there for each of the Agents that comes as set up? Is there any that is best for coding, any best for research...etc etc? Also what can be expected in terms of costs related to the tokens of this LLMs? We don't want to bankrupt!! Thanks in advance for all your support HP

Hey, nice to see you here. Im also new to Agent Zero. I've been tinkering. I believe that I wouldn't be far off to say that the most effective models are going to be the ones that burn through the most resources (Claude Opus 4.6, Sonnet 4.6, etc). The newer models. I am trying to configure A0 to first conduct some research and gather Intel for my current project (scraping websites/data mining) I set up Zero with Claude Sonnet 4.6 and then had two sub-agents that were connected via Openrouter google/gemini-3-flash-preview (sub-agents are not resource intensive). On the first go, everything seemed to be operating fine but in the end we didn't get very far. The browser agent is having trouble getting past certain parameters in certain websites/platforms. I then switched the Gemini API to Claude Haiku. Same issues. I from there A0 spun out some python script and a strategy to more effectively bypass some of the on-site parameters that were causing it to get caught in the loop and not achieve the end goal. That to was not very effective. In the end I burned through 25K tokens on the Claude API and about $0.60 on the sub agents. I think I need to come up with a better scraping strategy. But I'm learning and that is what I'm here to do...

I guess that all depends on the tasks you're having A0 carry out
1st run with A0. I think I need a better scraping Strategy
I am trying to configure A0 to first conduct some research and gather Intel for my current project (i am trying to scrape data from a paid platform that I am subscribed to) l. I set up Zero with Claude Sonnet 4.6 and then had two sub-agents that were connected via Openrouter google/gemini-3-flash-preview. On the first go, everything seemed to be operating fine but in the end we didn't get very far. The browser agent is having trouble getting past certain parameters in certain websites/platforms. From there A0 spun out some python script and a strategy to more effectively bypass some of the on-site parameters that were causing it to get caught in the loop and not achieve the end goal. That to was not very effective. In the end I burned through 25K tokens on the Claude API and about $0.60 on the sub agents. Not very costly, but we spent a few hours trying to figure this thing out. I think I need to come up with a better scraping strategy. I'm learning and that is what I'm here to do... Any advice in the direction that I should take next would be greatly appreciated.
