Cultural Capital I - IRL Berlin
Dear Corporate Artists, You’re hearing this here first. We are launching the inaugural Cultural Capital - Berlin Edition - an intimate, curated salon gathering designed for serious cultural operators, collectors, founders, and artists building with intention. This is not a networking event. It is a room. 27 seats only. • 15 Salon registrations (curated access) • 12 Ownership Editions (€120) The Ownership Edition is limited and application or invitation-based. It includes participation in the Cultural Capital Ownership release and access to a private collector circle following the salon. As members of the Corporate Artists Skool community, you receive first visibility before the public announcement. Berlin is the beginning. Future editions will follow in other cities. If you feel aligned with contributing to the room - not just attending it - you’ll want to secure your place early. Registration opens shortly. Ownership spots are strictly limited to twelve. You can find the registration link in the calendar section ✨

Whoever gets to attend is super lucky!
Intro - Nice to virtually meet you!
Hi 👋🏼 I’m Jeff. Excited to be here with fellow creatives. My background is in traditional drawing and painting, and I’m now exploring how to integrate digital and AI tools through a human-centered design lens. I hold a BA in Fine Arts from Pepperdine and an MFA in Visual Development from Academy of Art in San Francisco. Looking forward to connecting and growing together. Great to (virtually) meet you Jeff!
On focus.
Focus is not about doing more. It’s about choosing what not to carry right now. Most people don’t struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because they try to hold too many directions at once. Focus isn’t a limitation. It’s relief. It creates space for depth. For learning what actually works. For giving something enough time to respond to your effort. If everything feels important, nothing can grow. So this week, instead of asking “What should I add?” try asking “What can I let rest for now?” Focus doesn’t close doors. It gives one door the chance to open fully. We’ll build from there.

It's like getting into a cab telling the driver to go in all four different directions. The cab driver will get confused, they won't go anywhere. Focusing on an idea may not be instant, but it must be done. Brainstorm them up. Do process of elimination. Once you pick one, focus on that one, and go for it. If it goes to a dead end, do the next idea.

End of January
January is ending. Not in a dramatic way - just quietly, the way most real change happens. For many people, this month brings more questions than answers. The energy settles. The noise fades. What remains is usually more honest. If you didn’t “figure everything out” this month, that’s not a failure. January is often for orientation, not execution. You may have noticed: • what pulls your attention repeatedly • what drains you faster than expected • what feels worth continuing, even slowly Those are not small insights. They’re signals. As we move out of January, there’s no need to reset, reinvent, or rush. Just take note of what you want to carry forward - and what you’re willing to leave behind. That’s already progress. Thank you for being here and shaping this space with your presence. We’ll continue, step by step.

I look at January as the start: the start of a new chapter to the year that I'm embarking on. If I didn’t have everything mapped out this month, I didn't lose. Not one bit. I simply learned for the next month. However, I incorporated the mantra "fortune favors the bold" for 2026. So far I have done that. Posting more on LinkedIn for visibility, cold messaging more individuals to seek out more professional connections, selling myself more instead of underselling my potential, and so much more. Next month will be more of the same, and I'm looking forward to it.
