Hello. I'm Spencer, located in Quincy, IL. Broker / investor for 15 or so years. My experience in this space is limited to buying notes and probate from local banks. Locally we have a number of city / county liens on land and homes with out of town owners. City is keen to start bringing them back to the tax roll. Like to get better at: 1) efficiently identifying the deal / downside - is it worth pursuing 2) who to JV with on deals to get them monetized 3) how to negotiate with the different city / county lienholders Look forward to learning from you all.
