As we begin this month's theme about chakra recalibration & multi dimensional integration, I think first it would be helpful to breakdown each chakra simply so you have some foundational knowledge. I will be releasing recorded trainings and course content that will go in further in depth. I am so excited for this month as we learn to balance our energy through our chakras and activate healing/light codes in the fabric of the quantum realm all connected to your energy centers!
