@Michael Stuttgart oh wow!!!! Thank you so much for taking the time for this extensive response!! What a Christmas present!! 🤩🥰 I do want to say that I can lose 10kg, but would not want to lose more than that. I would be severely underweight if I went for 30 🙈😅 But the whole rest makes sense and I see it very similarly. "The way you do one thing is how you do everything." 😉 I will come back and reread, when I don't have a ton of family around, and more time for myself. 😁 But for now: thanks a ton!! And Merry Christmas as well!!
