Daily Recode - Releasing The Identify of The Struggler
Powerful without pain You can be powerful without being in constant pain․ Your strength does not have to be proven through suffering․ Perhaps there were seasons when struggle shaped, sharpened and taught how to survive‚ but survival is not the only way to know yourself․ AFFIRMATION I can honor what I survived without being chained to pain․ I am powerful in peace‚ not only in pressure․ I don't have to suffer to prove my strength․ I am allowed to become familiar with a softer way of living. REFLECTION Where have I confused struggle with identity? Some people may get so used to overcoming difficulty that ease may feel foreign‚ unearned or suspicious․ You might find that you expect everything to be difficult before you can trust that something is real. This recode isn’t about denying what you have been through․ It's important to remember that although pain may be part of your story‚ it doesn't have to be the center of your story․ PRACTICE Notice one place where you may be preparing for struggle before it arrives. Pause and ask: “Who am I when I am not fighting‚ proving‚ or surviving?” Let that question come to rest without forcing an answer․ Then say: “I can be powerful without being in pain․” TODAY’S REMINDER You can honor the version of yourself that survived without demanding that every future version of yourself keep suffering․ COMMUNITY REFLECTION What would it feel like to have power without needing to fight to achieve it? I only share what I'm comfortable․ ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 3 • Revealing the Identity of the Struggler Rooted in truth․ Rising in abundance․ Together․

Daily Recode - Struggle Is Not The Only Proo
Let go of the notion that struggle is the only proof that you are trying․ Effort doesn't always have to look like exhaustion, and progress does not always have to feel heavy․ The act of trying can simply be choosing peace sooner‚ asking for help sooner‚ taking a break before we're depleted‚ or allowing something to get easier to do․ AFFIRMATION I don’t have to struggle to show I care․ I am allowed to grow without constant pressure․ Ease doesn't mean that I am doing less․ I can honor the effort I put in‚ but I won't kill myself․ REFLECTION Where did I ever learn that my own efforts are only worth something when things are hard? Ingrained patterns of pushing through can also make you feel that resting can feel like laziness‚ softness or lack of discipline․ But struggle is not the only evidence of devotion․ You can be committed without losing your vitality․ You can be responsible without being overwhelmed․ You can be serious about personal growth‚ without making the process painful․ PRACTICE Find one place where you may be making something harder than it needs to be․ Ask yourself: “Is this truly required‚ or am I using struggle to prove that I am trying?” Lastly‚ look for one small way to help this process be easier‚ gentler‚ or more supported․ Say: “I can give my best without abandoning my peace․” TODAY’S REMINDER Life is not about avoiding all difficulty․ This recode means looking beyond struggle as the only gauge of effort‚ worth‚ or commitment․ COMMUNITY REFLECTION Where are you learning that effort can be real even when it feels lighter? Share what feels right for you․ ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 3 • Releasing the Identity of the Struggler Rooted in truth․ Rising in abundance․ Together․

Daily Recode - More Than The Emergency
You are more than the emergencies you learned to manage․ You learned to react quickly‚ stay alert‚ problem-solve‚ and carry whatever needed to be carried‚ whenever it needed to be carried․ You may have learned these skills in order to survive‚ but they do not define who you are․ AFFIRMATION I am more than what I have had to manage․ I know I am resilient‚ and I don't have to stay on high-alert․ I can know myself beyond crisis‚ pressure‚ and survival․ Peace can show me pieces of myself emergency never had room to meet․ REFLECTION Who am I when nothing requires my immediate attention or my immediate response? Some may become so used to the urgency that they feel uncomfortable in calmer situations․ Even in those moments‚ your mind may be searching for the next problem to solve‚ the next disappointment to meet‚ the next demand to satisfy․ But your identity doesn’t have to be organized around what might go wrong․ You are allowed to discover who you are when you are not bracing for impact. PRACTICE Make one choice today not to be afraid․ Just one․ Instead‚ consider waiting to fill it․ Take one slow breath and ask: “What part of me is present when I am not managing a crisis?” Let the answer be simple․ It may be tired․ It may be curious․ It may be peaceful․ It may not know yet․ You do not have to force anything․ Just notice․ Say: “I am allowed to meet myself beyond survival․” TODAY’S REMINDER That version of you deserves an award for handling emergencies․ But you are also allowed to become acquainted with the version of you who gets to live‚ receive‚ rest‚ create‚ and grow beyond them․ COMMUNITY REFLECTION What part of yourself‚ apart from urgency and survival‚ are you learning to know? Share what you're comfortable with․ ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 3: Unmasking the Identity of the Struggler Rooted in truth․ Rising in abundance․ Together․

"More Than The Emergency" - this one speaks to so many of us, thank you for these daily recodes.
Daily Recode - Let The New Version Take Up Space
Peace may feel strange when hardship has been your identity. Let the new version of you take up space anyway. You are allowed to become familiar with a life that does not constantly require bracing, proving, or surviving. AFFIRMATION I allow the new version of me to take up space. Peace is allowed to become familiar. I don’t have to shrink back into struggle to feel real. I can honor who I was while making room for who I am becoming. REFLECTION Where does peace feel unfamiliar because hardship has been part of how I understood myself? Some people may feel uncertain when life begins to soften. If you have been known for surviving, carrying, fixing, or pushing through, a quieter season can feel like you are losing part of your identity. But peace does not erase your strength. It gives your strength somewhere safer to rest. PRACTICE Notice one way the newer version of you is trying to emerge. It may look like: • Resting sooner • Asking for support • Saying no without over explaining • Receiving without guilt • Choosing peace over urgency • Letting something be easier • No longer identifying with constant struggle Give that version of you one small permission today. Say: “I’m allowed to become someone who no longer needs hardship to feel worthy, strong, or real.” TODAY’S REMINDER The version of you who survived deserves honor. The version of you who is learning peace deserves room. COMMUNITY REFLECTION What part of the new version of you are you allowing to take up more space? Share only what feels comfortable. ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 3 • Releasing the Identity of the Struggler Rooted in truth. Rising in abundance. Together.

Daily Recode - Give Yourself Permission To Live
Honor the survivor․ Then give yourself permission to be the one who lives․ Survival may have taught you how to endure‚ to adapt‚ to protect yourself‚ and most importantly‚ to keep moving when stopping did not feel like an option․ All parts of you deserve recognition․ But you don’t have to keep recreating struggle to remain loyal to the person who survived it․ AFFIRMATION I honor the person who carried me through those days․ I release the belief that struggle must remain my identity․ I can feel joy‚ curiosity‚ peace and possibility․ I give myself permission to live․ REFLECTION What would living ask of me that surviving never had room for? Survival often means worrying about food, getting through today, handling the problem, protecting what matters․ Keep going because living may invite different questions․ What do I enjoy? What am I curious about? What do I want to experience? What makes me feel present? Who am I becoming when I'm not organizing my life around the next hardship? You don't need to know every answer․ You may have noticed that there are questions other than‚ "How will I survive this?" PRACTICE Do one small thing today that is not about fixing‚ proving‚ earning‚ or surviving․ Do something because you enjoy it․ Because you are curious․ Because it makes you feel present․ Because you want to․ Let the moment be simple․ Then say: “I am not betraying the survivor in me by learning how to live․” TODAY’S REMINDER That survivor fought for your life․ You can honor them by allowing yourself to experience it․ COMMUNITY REFLECTION What is one thing you want to make more room to experience‚ not to accomplish‚ fix or prove‚ but to experience? Share what you can‚ and no more․ ✦ ☾ ✦ Week 3 • Revealing the Identity of the Struggler Rooted in truth․ Rising in abundance․ Together․
