Okay… everyone who guessed French 🤭 you were right. I just love French nails so much 🤍 they match literally everything. Even with a gym outfit they still look clean, elegant and put together. That’s why I always come back to it.

Today during work I felt a sharp pain in my wrist. Nothing dramatic but it made me pause. In our profession we use our hands all day every day. Repetitive movements pressure speed and tension all add up. And very often we normalize pain instead of listening to it. I want to say this clearly. Pain is not something we should ignore or push through. It does not mean something is wrong with you. It does not mean you are weak or doing a bad job. It simply means your body is asking for attention. Everyone’s situation is different. That is why there is no one size fits all solution and why seeing a professional when something hurts is so important. Our hands are our career. Taking care of them is not optional.
