To be truly happy.
To be truly happy, you don’t need to add more to your life… you need to release what’s weighing you down. Most of our suffering doesn’t come from the present moment. It comes from two places our mind constantly travels to. The future we are afraid of, and the past we are unable to let go of. The fear of what might go wrong keeps you anxious. It makes you live in possibilities that haven’t even happened. And the memory of what already went wrong keeps you stuck. It makes you relive moments that no longer exist. Between these two, we forget to live what is actually real… this moment. The present is the only place where peace exists. But it gets clouded when your mind is either worrying ahead or looking behind. You don’t find happiness by controlling everything that will happen. And you don’t find peace by holding onto everything that has happened. You find both by learning to let go. Let go of the need to predict every outcome. Let go of the need to replay every mistake. Trust that you will handle what comes. Accept that what’s gone has already done its job. Because life is not asking you to be perfect. It’s asking you to be present. And when you return to the present, gently and consistently, you’ll realize… peace was never missing. It was just buried under fear and memory.

We learned early on that we had to "earn" love or simply subconsciously concluded that we aren’t enough This blocks love from coming in and will keep you stuck in non reciprocal relationships chasing breadcrumbs Or keeps you stuck in feeling like you have walls up and must keep masculine or feminine shields up to be safe What if you started to feel worthy whole and complete and no longer felt like you had to earn love? 2. Release the stored emotion inside of the body to become emotionally free Fear, doubt, guilt, self sabotage, imposture syndrome, and more stay under the surface and block love and abundance from coming into your life This is inside the body and no matter how much "inner child healing" you do in the mind with understanding your pattern..

Observing
Learning to observe your mind takes practice,I have been recently becoming aware of my thoughts and emotions and starting to become the observer of certain things in my mind and (internally)feeling the real emotions and letting them pass through whilst being aware of them. Any thoughts on this?

The Physical Symptoms of Trauma
Trauma affects you mentally, but did you know it also does physically? Here is how, the two main physical symptoms: 1. Sickness, during my research for trauma I learned that trauma gives the same symptoms as sickness, as that is what unprocessed emotion stuck in your body does to you, this means you will be more illness prone, more sick, colds, flu and things like that will affect you more, it is true. 2. Stress, as we know trauma dysregulates our nervous system, this will cause you to operate from survival mode, meaning you really will struggle to truly ever properly relax, you will be stressed much more, an stress gives tons of negatives, lower testosterone, heart attacks and etc. Hope this was valuable!
