Make sure you have the fundamentals. Trig can look complex but when you understand what is being asked the solution can be simple. I recommend looking at Khan Academy, then "climb the difficulty ladder" by watching explanation videos. Type in "SAT trigonometry", and many appear. Finally make sure you are testing yourself with the question bank and do easy, medium, and advanced difficulty. And keep an error log to review where you went wrong, and re-do till you know how.
