Athlete's name : Leila Their level & program/gym: Ultimate Cheer Aces Prep 2.1 What lights them up about cheer: friends, community, competing, progression, all the merch... My 'why' as their parent : this is only her second season and she is SO obsessed with cheer, so I feel I should also make an effort to understand her new 'world' and connect with other cheer parents. One thing I'm hoping to get from UPLIFT: to understand all things 'cheer' just a little bit better so she doesn't look at me like I'm an idiot when she's telling me something!

Welcome to the community Alex! I love your ‘why’ 🫶🏼 there’s so much to learn; so many terms and it can all feel a little overwhelming trying to understand what it all means. You want to share that experience with her and share that spark she’s so passionate about. If you ever have any questions, post them on here and we’ll all work together as a community to help you.
