I know everybody says not to focus on time, but whenever I take a full practice test, I always run out of time on the reading part. For example, I answered this question correctly, but it takes me at least a minute to read and understand the passage. Any tips or is this not really any issue?

I don't understand why the semicolon goes after "however" because in most questions it's usually before.
