Even with a few audio challenges, one truth came through clearly for me today: if you do not fully own your value, it will show up in your speaking, your business, and your money. That landed hard. It made me pause and take an honest look at where I may be overgiving, underpricing, and not positioning myself strongly enough in the rooms I know I am called to enter. That insight alone made being in the session worthwhile. I’m also working on my signature talk, and today reminded me that building a speaking-driven business is not just about having a message. It is about clarity, positioning, confidence, and learning how to present your value in a way that lands and converts. I’m taking notes, making adjustments, and staying open to the process. Grateful to be in the room and looking forward to what Day 2 brings.

My day #2 take away was hearing Dr. Sonja explain and break down how we can incorporate our talent / gift profession ( Bass Guitarist ) into our coaching. As a Personal Development and Transformation Coach, I am now able incorporate my past Drug Addiction into my Story and coaching services. I had to experience Personal Development and Transformation in order to perform at level that i do, along with being Transparent when I coach and speak on stage. And also to Stop coaching by Hourly rates. I am learning so much from the Speak and Grow Rich training. Let's Grow...
